Every morning when we wake up with a strong desire to make this day the most productive one but still go to bed with regret of not doing so.
Here are 5 simple steps to make your day productive and meaningful
1. No screen time for the first day of the hour :
Every morning as soon as we wake up the first thing we do is search for our phone to see the same old feed and see whether the inbox shows any notification, STOP DOING THAT!!! , there is nothing good gonna happen to you by doing so, instead of doom scrolling the previous day's feed try to do something productive. Go for a quick walk or read a book or even try to make your coffee instead of asking someone to make it for you. These small things can give you a good start to your day and help you be productive!!
2. Log out from your social media account after you use it :
This might sound ridiculous!!, but trust me it's a game-changer. Every time you are done using social media like Instagram, log out from that particular app by doing this you have to enter your username and password whenever you want to use the social media again in this process you can see your screen time getting reduced and at times when you are about to log in there will be a sight hesitation inside you feeling that there is nothing to see in my account right now and you will tend yourselves to use that time in a more productive and meaningful way
3. Spend time learning and growing a new skill every day!! :
It's so important to spend some time learning and growing a skill every day! even if you get 10 minutes to do it, you can see changes within yourselves and the way you spend your time being productive after start doing so... remember this one thing being consistent and disciplined can take you to places. The time you spend on these new skills is way better than watching those meaningless Instagram reels or youtube shorts. It can make your resume look different from others and acts as a cherry over a Christmas tree!!
4. Schedule your day the night before :
You would have listened to this advice in many youtube videos or even some from your college professors but still, we take zero action towards it, all the productive advice that you see in this blog or any youtube videos might look simple but it's these simple things that do significant changes on your productivity level. When you start to plan your day before going to the bed the previous night it gives you a clear state of mind on the things that you have to do the next day and the things you should avoid by scheduling your day you will start to be productive right from the moment you wake up, ticking all the to-do-list on that list will do nothing but simply making yourselves as a more meaningful person and a human with zero regrets before going to the sleep
5. Engage in physical activities :
Try to do some physical activities like cardio, running, jogging, etc... no matter what the time can be will give you a lot of energy which can be utilized for being productive throughout the day, being productive should not come at the cost of our physical health, once when we try to be productive we often don't think or care about our physical health it's important to have a right balance if you master it you can go places!!!
