5 reasons why affirmations are good only so far as they inspire action
Affirmations are great but action is best!

Affirmations are a great tool for people who want to take action and change their life for the better, but there is one thing I want you to know about affirmations: They are only as good as what you do with them. That’s right, there is no point in having affirmations if you don’t actually take any action on those affirmations.
Affirmations are a way to encourage yourself, motivate yourself and inspire yourself to take action.
Affirmations are a way to encourage yourself, motivate yourself and inspire yourself to take action. If you lack confidence in your ability to achieve a goal or dream, affirmations can help build up that confidence. However, simply saying an affirmation over and over again will not do much good unless you also take some kind of action on it — you have got to get off your butt and go do something!
The key with affirmations is that they work best when they inspire us into action by reminding us of our goals (or helping us create new ones) so we stay focused on what matters most in life
Affirmations can be a great tool but they will only work if you take action on them in some way.
Affirmations are a tool, but they don’t work by themselves. In order for affirmations to work, you need to take action on them in some way. Action is the most important part of affirmations because it’s what makes the difference between having an affirmation and not having one at all.
If you want your affirmations to be effective, then make sure that what you’re doing with them is actually working for YOU!
It’s important to keep in mind that affirmations aren’t magic. They can’t work unless you’re taking action on them. If you want to make affirmations work for you, then try using the following tips:
Find a quiet place where you can sit and think. This can be anywhere, but it’s best to find somewhere that’s comfortable and relaxing.
Think about what you want to work on first. What area of your life do you feel needs the most improvement?
Once you have a topic in mind, think about what it is that you want to change. Do this for as long as needed until you can clearly see what’s wrong with your situation and how it could be changed for the better. When you’ve finished thinking about this topic, move on to another one if there are more things that need improving.
When you’ve finished thinking about all of the topics that need improvement, spend some time thinking about how you can make these changes happen. What can YOU do to improve your life? How will this affect other people?
Even if it feels like affirmations will help you, there is no point in having them if you don’t actually take any action on those affirmations.
Even if it feels like affirmations will help you, there is no point in having them if you don’t actually take any action on those affirmations.
The reason for this is simple: You can’t just say affirmations and expect them to work. You have to take action on your own. Affirmations are just a way of getting yourself started, but once that’s done, then it’s time for YOU — the real person behind those words — to do something with what YOU wrote down as an affirmation!
Affirmations can’t change your life by themselves; they’re just a tool for helping you get started on the path of self-actualization. If you want to make changes in your life, then it’s up to YOU to take action and do so.

Affirmations are not the finish line, they are just the starting line.

You have to take action on your affirmations in order for them to work. If you don’t take action, then all those positive thoughts will just stay inside your head and not do anything at all! You need some kind of motivation and drive if you want to make any real progress with your affirmations or any other goal that is important for yourself.
You need to take action, but it can be hard to get started. Here are a few tips for how you can take action on your affirmations:
Keep your affirmations somewhere you can see them every day. This could be on the fridge, in a journal, or even just on a sticky note stuck to your computer screen. You will be reminded of them often if they are visible and available to you at all times.
Write down what actions you need to take, and then put them in your calendar. Set up an appointment on your calendar with yourself to do these things, and make sure it is at a time when you have some free time available. This will help prevent procrastination because you know that if you don’t get started on it right away then there will be consequences (like missing the deadline).
Make a list of everything that needs to get done in order for you to accomplish your goal, and then prioritize it. This will help you figure out what needs to be done first, second, third, and so on.
Write down how each action will benefit you. This can help remind you why it’s important that you take action on your affirmations.
Find a way to make your affirmations fun. This could be by singing them or dancing around when you say them out loud. It can also be something as simple as drawing a picture of yourself achieving your goal.
Taking action is important!
You can’t just think about it, or say it — you have to actually do it!
Let’s say that you want to lose weight and get fit. Affirmations are great for helping you visualize yourself being fit and healthy. But what if you never go for a walk? Or if every time someone offers food at work, instead of saying no (which would be an affirmation), you just eat whatever they give because “it’s free”?
In other words: The mere act of thinking about something isn’t enough; we also need motivation — and this comes from taking action!
So the next time you find yourself saying, “I want to lose weight,” don’t just think about it. Get up and go for a walk! If you’re feeling lazy and tempted by junk food, eat an apple instead of whatever sugary thing is being offered.
It’s this ability to take action that separates affirmations from just thinking about something.
When you say, “I want to lose weight,” and then go for a walk, your brain starts associating the act of walking with losing weight. This can help you feel more motivated when you’re trying to get fit. The more you take action on your affirmations, the more effective they’ll be.
I know it can be hard to take action, but it’s important to remember that affirmations are only a tool. They will not magically make everything better if you don’t use them in some way or another. Affirmations are meant as a reminder of who you want to be and what your goals are so that when things get tough or difficult in life, they can give us the strength needed to keep going forward toward those goals even when times seem bleak and hopeless.
I hope this year pushes you to become, to do all you want to do, and to see real growth in life. Cheers to winning! I see you doing this and feeling proud when you see the person you become in the end.
