3 Exciting Goals For November & This Weeks Steps To Make Them Achievable
I’ve decided to change things up slightly with my weekly intentions posts.
Every 5 weeks, I complete a check-in on my [Law of Attraction planner](https://freedommastery.com/collections/all-products/law-of-attraction-planners) and set myself some new goals for the next 5 weeks, then I break those goals down over those 5 weeks.
I will share my reasons for setting these goals, how I will measure my progress, how my weekly intention will help me achieve this and detail what steps I am going to take.
I’ve just set my goals for the next 5 weeks so I thought I would share those with you.
**Eat a healthy, balanced diet.**
I want to eat less processed food and takeaways, eat more fruit and vegetables, and drink more water.
**My why**
- Clearer skin.
- Increased energy.
- Weight loss.
**How I will measure this?**
- Take pictures of my face at the beginning of each week.
- Track my energy levels using the [Moody Month app](https://moodymonth.com/app) each day.
- Weigh myself daily and take a weekly average.
- Measure my arms, chest, waist, hips, bum & thighs at the beginning of each week.
**What I’m doing this week to help me achieve this goal.**
Finish reading The Glucose Revolution.
**How this will help.**
This book has so much interesting knowledge on nutrition and includes hacks on balancing my blood sugar, I feel that by finishing reading this book, I will be armed with a bit more information on how to achieve my goal.
**How I will achieve this**
I have around 150 pages left to read, so I’m going to read 21 pages each day over the next 7 days, if for some reason I can’t read that many in one day, I will read additional pages the following day.
****Write content and articles****
I want to write some content and articles so that I can use them for future pitches and blog posts and also as examples on my freelancing website.
**My why**
- More content for my website and social media pages.
- Try out different writing styles.
- Have some backup content available for when writer’s block hits me.
**How I will measure this?**
- Write one new article per week.
- Choose a different theme for each one i.e. newsletter, interview, reviews
- Review insights of posts on social media to see which posts do well
- Ask for feedback from followers.
**What I’m doing this week to help me achieve this goal.**
Write a newsletter.
**How this will help.**
I’ve not written a newsletter for anyone else before, so it will be good experience to write about something I might not have much knowledge on.
**How I will achieve this**
I have been doing some work for a small company recently, so I am going to create a newsletter to send out to their client base.
****Widen my skillset****
I’m just starting to learn how to create videos for my posts and I’m quite enjoying it. I love to learn new things so why not learn things that can be useful?
**My why**
- Increase my income.
- Provide me with opportunities in my freelancing.
- Allow me to provide different types of content to my followers.
**How I will measure this?**
- Complete online courses.
- Successfully post content online.
- Review my skills against others i.e. my videos against other video content online.
- Ask for feedback from followers.
**What I’m doing this week to help me achieve this goal.**
Complete an online course.
**How this will help.**
A course is a perfect way to start, its structured and you usually have your knowledge tested as well
**How I will achieve this**
I already have lots of courses saved, so this week I will pick one and get cracking.
