Best way to get rid of being an introvert forever:

Overcoming your shyness looks like a really difficult task but if you put on a little bit of effort or show some willingness then the wish to be more aggressive comes at hand. It is significant to understand that the reluctance you experience when shyness strikes you is typically many a time much worse than the actual appearance of the situation. So just follow some guidance and ground rules to finish this meekness forever. That is one hell of a handicap in this modern era where every field in your practical life demands interaction with a lot of people. Being an introvert can restrict you behind in this epic race of life where enormous competition is daily trending and one has to find his way himself that is only possible if he shows a bit of aggression.

Among our people, normally everyone has a confidence to talk to his own gender but the trouble comes where one has to interact with an opposite sex. Now that seems like a real job right?

Anyways, here you go, follow some guidelines below and then take a deep breath and apply them all to your real life.

1. Fake it until you make it

Everyone knows someone they admire, an ideal personality or some celebrity. It can also be a product of your imagination; it doesn’t matter. Just act like them whenever you are confronting to someone. That will give you an ultimate confidence which will help you in conveying your message perfectly.

2. Ask yourself why you are shy

Do not just sit back and stay introvert. Ask yourself that why are you the way you are? What is your real hindrance? What do you think they notice when you talk to them? Finding answers to these questions will help you understand the reason why you have been consistently deceiving yourself since all your life,

3. Work on building your Self Confidence

You know what? There is no replica of you in this entire world. There has never been another you. There will never be another you. You are just perfect the way you are. Think yourself as the best among rush of people around you. Trust yourself and go with the flow. Your self-confidence is the key. You need to know that there is no one like you.

4. Be Positive in every situation

Always bring on a positive attitude towards things. Keep it in your mind that everything around you happens according to your thinking. If you expect things to go your way, they will go your way. If you always keep a pessimistic approach, things will go against your expectations. This might seem odd but it works. Your surrounding is just what your mind interprets. So, always have it in your mind that “I can do it”.

5. Do Practice Alone

First of all, imagine a situation where you get really nervous while talking to a guy or girl. Now imagine that you are talking to them. Practice it. Be that confident person you have always wished to be. Continuous rehearsal will bring that inner voice into your conscious mind and gradually you will be able to act like that in front of them.

6. Stay well dressed

Even if nobody is there to look at you, still care for your clothes! Keep your hair neat and well cut! In other words, always look your best. This does amazing things to help you feel better about yourself and overcome shyness.

7. Start doing things that make you feel good

Start a personal project, totally clean up your house clutter and your car. Work on a new hobby. How can these things help you with overcoming shyness? Simple by working on things that make you feel good produces a natural aphrodisiac that turns you on and which indirectly turns on people around you.

8. Reprogram your mental definition of shyness

This goes along the same lines as using daily affirmations or by reading books. By changing your perception of shyness instead of having a negative attachment to the word, you will then help re-create your outlook on it.

9. Learn to take risks

How many times did you just want to go up to someone and tell them how beautiful they were, or how impressed they were. As a daily exercise do this: Each day of the week go up to a total stranger and say something nice. It could be something as innocent as complimenting a pretty girl on her hair or a guy with his shirt. Do not worry about the outcome, do not worry about what they say, just do it!

10. Use your fear of rejections as a tool

Realize that everyone gets rejected at one point or another, everyone! Learn not to take rejection personally. Use it as a tool to lift yourself up and move on.

11. Be honest and upfront

Tell people that you are shy upfront, be honest with them. You will not believe just how nervous and shy the other person is as well.

12. Overcome your insecurities

The main obstacle in your road to confidence is your insecurity. Everyone has it. It can be insecurity of your voice, your way of speaking, your height, your weight, your stature, your temper, anything. Just try to overcome this by learning that not everyone is perfect. Everyone has a lack of one thing or another. That’s what makes us humans. Some insecurities can be sorted out by working hard or working on some skills. For example, if you are insecure about your weight, either you are skinny or overweight, you can simply join a gym, and over a reasonable period of time, you will feel confident enough to stand in front of anyone anytime.
