Why Is Losing Weight So Difficult?
I will share with you 8 reasons why it is difficult to lose weight! I assure you, once you read and understand these 8 reasons, your weight loss will become as easy as saying “hello”!

1. You don’t track what you eat
Many people have no idea what they are really eating. This means that you eat whatever you have at home and you don’t know if what you are eating will help you lose weight or if it will make you gain all the weight you lost.
So, if you want to have more control over your diet, I strongly suggest that you keep a food journal where you write down everything you eat and become aware of your eating patterns and areas that need to be corrected to reach your goals.

2. You eat too many calories
Many people who have big trouble losing weight simply consume too many calories.
Generally, we eat when we are hungry or when we feel like it. This is perfectly normal. But some of us eat more than they need. When you eat more calories than your body needs, you get fatter and fatter, which leads to a small weight gain or to being overweight. This is why it is important for you to eat only when your body wants you to and not to eat just anything. Eating too much fat or too much sugar also leads to weight gain.
Many people will choose to count their calories while others will just use their common sense. Both ways are good, but be careful that calories don’t become your phobia or your worst nightmare. Eat healthy foods, but keep in mind that it’s not just about eating, it’s about stopping at the right time.
Resume: The point is not to eat less, but to eat only what our body needs.

3. You are always drinking sugar
Sweetened beverages make you eat a lot more. Your brain does not compensate for the calories they contain by making you eat less of other foods.
So, one of the best ways to lose weight significantly is to limit or eliminate your intake of sugary drinks. Instead, I recommend making your own homemade beverages with a focus on water. Because yes, water will be your new best friend during this weight loss period I assure you.
Resume: Be sure to cut out or eliminate sugary drinks from your diet. Instead, use natural, homemade water-based drinks. If you are looking for amazing recipes that will make you want to drink all the time and won’t make you earn a dime, I highly suggest this recipe book, it’s well worth it.

4. You don’t do cardio
You simply don’t move your body enough ! It’s important for you to know that if you don’t do cardio or aerobic exercise, or any other type of exercise that increases your heart rate; such as running/jogging, cycling or swimming, you won’t be able or it’s gonna be hard to lose weight quickly !
Exercise is a good way to reduce your body mass. Being a very long process, some people lose interest in working out and give up their goal within the first 2 weeks. It is true that it can be frustrating to see no change in your body when you are working like hell to lose weight. I understand you completely, but you must not give up. And if you really don’t like sports and it’s not your favorite activity, then I suggest you try this simple and effective weight loss program.
Resume: Get your body moving to achieve your weight loss goal!
5. You don’t eat whole foods
“Whole grain foods contain more fiber than refined grain foods. Eating foods that contain more fiber can help lower your risk of: colon cancer.”
Be sure to read the ingredients on the package and watch out for foods with extra carbohydrates.
If you want to stay in shape, I strongly advise you to eat more whole grains. Avoid white bread, white rice and any other refined industrial product. Consume more products like: whole wheat bread, brown rice, black rice and wild rice, brown sugar, noodles made from whole wheat, popcorn and more.
I offer you, here a recipe book that follows various recipes composed with whole grain foods. These recipes are absolutely delicious.
Resume: Eat foods made from whole grains for a better diet that will help you lose weight!

6. You don’t eat enough protein
The first thing you need to know is that if you don’t eat protein and your goal is to lose weight and gain muscle, you’ve failed. Because, without protein there is no muscle.
You should know that, proteins represent the major constituent of our body in terms of weight.
One thing you should know is that eating your protein can also greatly reduce cravings and the desire to snack. This means that once the snacking is over, you’ll be able to keep a close eye on what you’re eating for and therefore control your weight.
Resume: if you want to renew and repair your bones, muscle tissue, nails, hair and skin as well as stop snacking, eat your protein and Get the best weight loss cookbook now !

7. Maybe you lose without realizing it
Body weight tends to fluctuate by a few pounds. This depends on the foods you eat, and hormones can also have a major effect on the amount of water your body retains.
It is also possible to gain muscle at the same time as you lose fat. This is especially common if you have recently started exercising.
Resume: So if you notice that you are gaining mass, it is muscle and not fat. So stop worrying.

8. Your expectations are unrealistic
Weight loss is often a very slow process. Many people lose patience before they reach their goal. Even if some people manage to lose weight in the first 3 weeks, not everyone can do it.
Example: So, you notice that your neighbor “Karen” who started losing weight at the same time as you (what a coincidence) lost 15kg and you didn’t even lose 1kg, don’t worry, it’s all normal. Why, you ask? Well, let me tell you that it’s because of your… your METABOLISM that is different.
So, moral of the story, don’t compare changements to other people and listen to your body no matter what. Be persistent and you will eventually lose weight. I’m telling you!

Weight loss is not always easy and many factors can stop it.
At the most basic level, not reaching your weight loss goal can occur when calorie intake equals or exceeds calorie usage.
Try strategies such as mindful eating, food journaling, eating more protein and strength training.
