What Is The Definition Of Physical Health
Does Good Health Naturally Imply That Everything Is Natural

What Is The Definition Of Physical Health, and Does Good Health Naturally Imply That Everything Is Natural?
Let's start with a general definition of excellent health."Health is a condition of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, not only the absence of disease or infirmity," according to the WHO (World Health Organization) definition, which dates from 1948.
Assuming that this is correct, what is the concept of physical health, and does excellent health naturally imply that "everything natural" is good, particularly in the context of food?
What does it mean to be physically healthy?
Is there such a thing?
Is it acceptable to claim that just because everything is working as it should in the absence of sickness or infirmity (weakness or ailment), we're not necessarily in good physical health, based on the WHO health definition as it applies to physical health?
What are your thoughts
I feel there is more to being healthy now than meets the eye.
On the other hand, I feel that because we are only promised the now, we should not take it for granted if we are healthy. Take advantage of it while you can. I also feel that our physical health is primarily determined by our own health plans. To put it another way, it all depends on how well we look for ourselves on a regular basis. This includes the following:
Without appearing to be a pundit, expert, or zealot on any of the above, or that I am personally the definition of physical health, spiritual health, or anything else that resembles the definition of good health, in a nutshell, what I'm saying is that all of the bullet points have an impact on our physical health.
What are your thoughts?

It's all about staying healthy.
The following is a definition of health from one dictionary:
"The state of a person's body or mind in terms of soundness and vigor: good health; poor health."
"The greatest wealth is health," wrote the ancient Roman poet Virgil.
I couldn't agree with you more, but I'm concerned about the over emphasis on physical health, as if it were mutually exclusive from other facets of health.
I feel that good health entails:
- Physical
- mental
- emotional
- spiritual well-being
- financial well-being
The "soundness and vigor" with which we pursue and maintain these qualities has an impact on all of them, both directly and indirectly.
Furthermore, I find it concerning that the term "wealth" is so heavily connected with money and financial wealth.
That isn't to suggest that I don't believe in the importance of physical and financial well-being. They are both important aspects of total health, but they are not mutually exclusive concepts.
What are your thoughts on the matter?
Natural Ingredients
One of the largest marketing ploys ever is the "all natural" phenomenon, especially when it comes to food. It's a joke if it's not a fraud.
It's meaningless!
There is a significant distinction between organic and all-natural products. Don't mix the two up, and don't trust the misinformation that causes you to believe they're the same thing. They aren't.
Organic is heavily regulated, at least in terms of food. It's actually significant. Keep in mind, though, that just because something is organic doesn't imply it's healthy.
All-natural can refer to a wide range of things. There are no regulations in place for the food we eat. It's a really deceptive tag.
Don't be deceived.I'm not saying you shouldn't have fun with it. I'm not implying that going entirely natural is a bad idea. I'm simply stating that it's about as meaningless a term as there has ever been. It doesn't have any depth to it.

Prakuzo's Formula
It all comes down to a few basic notions and principles for me, starting with:
- Honesty
- Respect
- Extraordinary Effort
These are very necessary. They are free and should be used at all times.
The following are the 5 Factors.
- Food is anything we consume physically, psychologically, emotionally, or spiritually, not just what we eat. This says it all if we are what we eat.
- Fitness - Consists of all five bullet points listed above.
- Finances - Affects the previous two and has an impact on the next two.
- Fulfillment entails the completion of all of the bullet items given.
- The relevance of how fun affects and is affected by health is sometimes underestimated.
To summarize, all of the above is critical, but finding the right balance is crucial. Too many of us, in my opinion, are simply out of balance. Furthermore, there is no such thing as a universal balancing act.
Finally, here's a quote from the late, great Redd Foxx:
"Someday, when they're laying in hospitals dying of nothing, health freaks will feel dumb."
