As a small start up business, Alfé is looking to dominate the world with female empowerment and wants to send lots of love with their reliable sports equipment and health and fitness advice, but it all starts within Australia.

As a Melburnian, we know what it is like to be stuck in the mud and feeling we couldn't do anything due to the lockdowns, but we want to change that. Thus, Alfé created this blog so that you can be motivated to do the things that you want and grab informative insights to your own fitness goals.

We'll be covering topics such as diet, inspiration, home workouts, gym workouts, updates on our business and possibly how to generate extra income from your own couch ;).

Our premium resistance band set is made from high quality polyester and latex, a superior fabric that doesn't lose its elasticity after many uses. It is also a non-slip fabric so you can trust in our bands to stay in place as you train for that Instagram peach!

Each colour of our resistance band represents different levels of resistance training: pink is light, red is medium and black is heavy. Our bands come in different sizes to assist with the thickness of your thighs or the type of exercises you want to do. No matter what level of fitness you are, we have it here catered for you!

These highly resistant loop bands are suitable for Pilates, yoga, CrossFit, strength training and stabilising you as you deadlift and squat. Utilise these versatile elastic bands to strengthen your hip muscles and set your glutes on fire! They are also suitable for when you don't have time to go to the gym, so just pull these out from the bag that comes with it and get to work at home or at the park.

They are $54.49 and this includes 3 resistance bands varying in size and strength, a mesh carry bag and instructions on how to use and take good care of it. However, for our members, we are giving a 10% discount for you to use when we launch! That saves you around $5!
