The Start of a Business and its Evolution:
Last year in June 2020 I launched my business, Bodies Rebuilt subscription boxes.
It was a fitness box designed to motivate, inspire and educate the customer.
Inside you would find a piece of exercise gear or equipment, an item of activewear, a healthy snack, supplement samples and before you speak coffee. I also included exercise or nutrition guides.
I loved it, making the boxes inspired and motivated me in my life too. Than a few months after launching I left a serious relationship with my fiancé. Things had gotten bad with us as a couple and I could no longer help him to fight his addictions. Not when he didn’t think they were a problem to begin with.
All of a sudden I was a single mum of two beautiful girls, a three year old and a five month old. They came first. My mental health was all over the place, my business had to be put aside.
It took me a while to become used to being on my own with two children and I struggled.
Now though, I am in a much better place. Still on my own, still have two amazing girls who I am solely responsible for. I understand I had to go through what I did to grow and to keep my girls in a better environment.
To mark my journey and my own evolution I am rebranding Bodies Rebuilt and restarting my business.
It is going to be solely focused on helping woman to achieve confidence and motivation. Inside the gym and out.
The boxes will have a similar make up, the name on the boxes will be changed to Bodies Rebuilt Toned, and the information I provide will be that much more heartfelt. I understand how much as woman we need to support each other and help each other grow.
Inside every box I will have a personalised note for each customer. They won’t be subscription boxes anymore, not to start with at least. Instead it will be a gift box.

I understand gym anxiety, I understand the fear of being judged, I understand that we all walk different paths. That doesn’t mean I can’t help guide you on yours though.
That’s the aim of my business now, my mission. To help woman find their true selves and rock it with confidence.
This is how my business has evolved through my own hardships.
These gift boxes are going to be incredible and I am so excited and motivated all over again.
So September 1st 2021 I will be doing a relaunch of Bodies Rebuilt.
It’s time to get motivated and confident with a group of like-minded women supporting you!
This means my IG and FB pages will be filled with content to support my mission, as well as some great giveaways to promote this change.

Day 4 of Quitting
If this is how sobriety feels, maybe it’s better to go through life a little buzzed… this, along with other hits like, I want to kill myself, I wish I was dead, and I’m going to throw myself off a bridge have been the only thoughts on rotation these past few days.
