Reiki session with a focus on sacred sexuality

For many years my sexual energy was stored away, ignored, abandoned. I wasn’t in a safe place to express myself and create the life of my dreams. I thought my libido had gone away with age, that I just didn’t need it. As I faced myself with all of my triggers, pain, beauty, truth, and love; I realized that my sexual energy was an important part of my spirituality. I read and studied about sacred sexuality and it rang true to me. It has nothing to do with the sex we see in the media, it’s not just a high to feel. It is a deep expression of who I am and a way to speak to my partner without words. I have always been deeply monogamous; I want to connect with my one partner on the deepest levels possible. For the past 3 months I’ve been doing just that and treasure my experience with her. My girlfriend and I have discovered that this kind of soul connection is magic and that everyone deserves this experience within themselves and in loving partnership.

On my path to this discovery, I worked with the energy centers of my body to release blockages so that I could be more open to myself and my partner. At no time was I sexual with any of my healers. It was an inward journey that I did mostly on my own but sometimes had some guidance or energy work to help release the old patterns of fear and flight. This is my journey, and I don’t tell anyone they have to do the same.

What is sacred sexuality? It’s the life force within each of us that helps us create our lives. Some people decide to harness this energy in themselves to purposely manifest their dreams.

In a session with this focus, I will talk to you about what is blocking you from your dreams, what holds you back or makes you feel stuck. I’ll have you close your eyes and imagine light pouring through your body, noticing if there are any areas that feel dark or heavy. Focusing in on that space I ask you to imagine this heaviness has a shape, color, feeling. You’ll speak to your heaviness, ask it what it’s purpose is. Often, we carry these blocks to protect ourselves and survive trauma. If you are ready to release this heaviness I’ll focus in on this area during reiki. I’ll give a traditional reiki treatment to balance, clear, and infuse your chakras with love energy. You are fully clothed and relaxed on a massage table, I gently lay my hands on your head, eyes, neck, heart, midsection, tummy, hips, knees, feet. Then you turn over and I do the same on your back, ending with a gentle neck stretch and energy clearing. Then when you’re ready you’ll sit up and I’ll talk with you about images and messages we experienced during the treatment. This specialized reiki treatment, while it helps you open and focus on your own sexuality, is not sexual in nature. It is designed to help people who want to dig deeper into this path within themselves. It is not for everyone and if it doesn’t resonate with you that is perfectly fine. I am called to offer this specialty treatment because I am now free of some pretty dark blockages and I know the world will be even brighter when others clear these blockages as well. I am a light worker, and it is my mission to bring light to the dark places, set people free to be their best selves.
