Day 2 Meals

MCT, or medium chain triglycerides, are a type of healthy fat, which can be easily converted into energy. MCTs are found in coconut oil and palm kernel oil. The MCT Fat Bomb is one of my favorite go-to snacks or dessert when I need an energy boost or just want something sweet. This recipe only takes five minutes to make and it is full of healthy fats and protein.
Day 5 Meals
Chocolate Keto Ice Cream
Ingredients (makes about four servings) 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk 1/4 cup almond flour 3 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tsp vanilla extract

The Keto Chocolate Mousse is the perfect dessert for any low carb diet. The mousse is creamy, chocolatey and just sweet enough. It only takes five minutes to make and it can be eaten hot or cold.
