This includes no coffee or tea with milk, as well as no milk, ice cream, or sweets made with milk.

All of these have workarounds, such as carbohydrate-free pasta and pizza, cauliflower rice, and even keto-friendly restaurants.

What are the advantages of a ketogenic diet?
