Intuitive Perception
Discover a new way to perceive reality. Learn how to best control your attention.

Life is vibration, it is a never-ending pulse that expands infinitely.
Our perception of life is divided into two. Internal attention and External attention.
We spend most of our lives focused on the external aspect, which causes the internal aspect to become underdeveloped and thus creates an imbalance in our life.
The secret to controlling it is in our attention. This is how we direct our flow of energy, we project it towards what we focus our attention to.
One could conclude that all that needs to be done is to focus your attention within, and yes it is, but there would be a part missing.
The Intention, without a clearly defined intention, the attention would drift off easily and we would lack the willpower to focus and keep focused within.
So that is how the mind plays a role in this. We are trapped by reactive conditioning of the mind, we experience something and normally immediately react to it. The same goes for our thoughts, we are constantly reacting to them. The interesting part comes when you realize they are not your thoughts, and that you are being influenced by external stimuli.
If we define an Intention, focus our attention within and start to feel without judgment or expectation, without imposing or repressing, just observe yourself, your breathing, your body, your heart.
There is a constant contraction and expansion, tension and relaxation, ascent and descent.
These two states are actually 4, as we normally forget the emptiness and the fullness. The reason we forget these two states is because of our impulsive and reactive state of awareness, where we fail to gain perspective as we feel constantly going up and down. We can pause our attention on these moments and thus experience a new perspective over us and our reality.
Just like the 4 seasons in a year.
Taking into consideration the amount of sunlight Earth receives we can conclude that Spring Ascends, Summer is Fullness, Autumn descends and Winter is Emptiness. It is what we do when we breathe and what our heart does with every beat.
This is how we strengthen our bodies or learn in our minds, through the repetition of the same action that leads to better control over it.
I invite you to apply this to your attention.
Like any muscle, by attempting to focus our attention consciously we strengthen our control over it, thus you are less distracted by external stimuli, and the impression, the experience it causes on you is much deeper.
The ideas of the mind are a mold that can limit us into a defined form, we can grow attached to these ideas and this is how personality is defined. By opening up not only to new ideas but to new sensations, like intuition, when we stop judging and conceptualizing everything and just feel. A new way to perceive reality is achieved.
You can feel others and communicate through this feeling too, but the connection has to be first established within, you have to be able to feel yourself in order to feel others.
We all have this ability and it can be seen in any baby in this world, they react to people around them and their intentions through this intuitive perception. They feel the energy in their surroundings and react accordingly, they reflect without filters of the mind until they grow and develop an inner dialogue.
We tend to forget this perception because of a lack of stimuli through it, also because we have been taught conflicting ideas on the subject.
Ultimately it is about aligning with this vibration mentioned earlier. This pulse of life itself.
Close your eyes and see within.
Find yourself
