I wish your boyfriend know about our PMS

Dear men, PMS (Pre Menstrual Syndrome) is as real as our menstrual cycle.

Dear men, PMS (Pre Menstrual Syndrome) is as real as our menstrual cycle. In fact, about 90 percent of women develop some form of PMS syndrome. That is why we women now know about the piercing of our bodies and minds that go beyond that period of each month while men are still trying to find out what is worse, kicking testicles or cramps? No matter how hard we try to impress this subject on a man's mind, some things can only be understood by a woman. But when we have a man, whether he is a roommate, a husband, or just anyone else — there are times when we wish he were aware of the physical and chemical changes that take place in our body during PMS. I would have known

1. When We Fall Victim To Jokes Against Women

The whole world likes to tell anti-women jokes about PMS, but that doesn't make PMS fashionable or deceptive. True, but we are not angry with your time. Our hormones fluctuate during the menstrual cycle and this causes certain chemical changes in our brain - this is very common but certainly not uncommon. So stop blaming PMS for our frequent outbursts, sometimes getting angry just because you do something unpleasant.

2. When We Are More Upset Than Usual

But there is no denying the fact that every month women with severe PMS become irritable for no apparent reason. There is nothing we can do about it and we want you guys to bring us chocolates to fix.

3. When Our Foremen Appear

In the premenstrual period, due to the chemical changes in our body, acne appears on the face. This is the time when we want our boyfriends to tell us that we still look good and the bosses will not leave a mark (although they do happen many times). We don't even want to go to any public event at this time with our distorted faces and we want our boyfriend to support us at this time.

4. When We Feel Tired

Even the most active women whose bodies respond during PMS feel very tired at this time. We do not go to the gym and feel weak even after sleeping all night. Do not make fun of us all the time and be sure that in no time we will be full of excitement.

5. When We Meet Our Monthly Crying Rate

We are not crazy people, but when we are in PMS we often cry for no reason. Do not criticize us without understanding the pain of the woman. This is normal and transient. What we want from you men is to hug you and say that everything will be all right. Also, order pizza.

6. If You Suffer From Constipation

One of the worst things about PMS is that our stomach gets very bloated at this time. No matter how hard we try to hide it, it does appear and we do not like it at all. We expect men to do only two things - first, not to remind us of an upset stomach, second, to tell us we are not really fat. Remind us that menstruation is bad but this too will pass.

7. Oh, What A Pain!

When all the other symptoms of PMS affect our mind and behavior, the pain that damages our uterus is even worse. Our backs ache, our legs ache, our pain is excruciating — a real pain that lasts longer than someone kicking your uterus. We want men to give us enough pillows to rest and to make warm bandages to relieve pain. We also want you to know about the different types of pain pills because some of them are safer than others. We want you to feel sorry for us and not worry because we will pay all the benefits when we get back to our original state!

So men, the next time a woman tells you she has PMS, remember these facts and be wise.
