"I Peacefully Release Whatever Doesn't Serve Me."

Release the weight of rage for your own life's sake.

Taking in the peace of my mother's garden.

In a world full of hate and division, here is a tiny reminder that the load of the loathe ain’t worth it. We saw a public execution of a man that spews separation die by the very words he lived by. It’s sad and a shame no matter which way you spin it. Holding on to hatred does not serve anyone’s higher purpose. There’s no way to ascend while wearing the concrete slippers of ill intent.

It can feel fulfilling, at first, to join the mass wave of hatred especially since it's so normalized in America. However, all roads lead to an end. Most of the time living a violent life results in a violent death. We have all heard the cliché, “live by the gun, die by the gun.” What we witnessed with Charlie Kirk brought the saying to life as his family lays him to rest.

Right now, more than ever, is the time to release the pent up hatred, separation, division, bigotry and bias harbored inside. There may be an initial boost of adrenaline for getting away with saying the unthinkable online. Especially if those statements are validated with online success metrics. But a “like” heart and a “repost” can never resuscitate your actual heart. Save yourself by repeating this affirmation, “I peacefully release whatever doesn’t serve me.”

Spewing inflammatory opinions for click bait, follower fodder or subscriber satisfaction can have consequences IRL. Condemning the lives of fallen heroes based on their skin color can come with deep consequences. As we can clearly see. There is rhetoric resurfacing from Malcom X’s famous remarks in the wake of JFK’s assassination. He speaks to the tune of “this is chickens coming home to roost.” This talk track is understandable, and it may just be stating the obvious law of karma.

My intention in the busy marketplace of opposing ideals is to remain neutral in my writing. To show the world that liberation lives in the margins of not picking a side. It doesn’t matter whether the opinion leans “left wing” or “right wing,” it's attached to the same damn bird. The imperative I’m advocating is for the release of inflammatory violent opinions absolutely. They serve no positive purpose regardless of the wing. True freedom is not wrapped in the First Amendment’s protection of slandering historic figures who lost their lives in this race war.

This moment in time proves that regardless of what the constitution says, respect is still a mandate. Talking wild and spewing hatred with impunity can get you killed. Mr. Kirk’s name was etched on a speeding bullet partially because it’s a right he advocated relentlessly to protect.

Those subscribers can’t save you.

So, pack light. Release the baggage of bad intentions for communities with differing opinions and experiences. Clearing your energy field is the only true protection in this ongoing war.

Make room for what can actually serve your higher needs like love, collaboration, compassion, patience and empathy. Yes, empathy. It serves a meaningful purpose and it is a critical part of experiencing the depth of humanity. Without empathy, this world is an ice cold void. Empathy is the connective tissue that binds us together as a human race. Love is a universal language and empathy is a key literary component of love’s foundation.

My thoughts and prayers sincerely go out to the family of those who lost their life due to gun violence. Release the rage by all means with all deliberate speed. America has witnessed way too many lives lost because of pent up hatred that festered and reached the boiling point of no return.

The only true freedom is freedom of consciousness.

The key to entering the gateway of Nirvana is to have nothing but love in your heart.

You shared some very important information here. It's so sad that some of us hate to the point of taking action against others. I can truly say that "I peacefully release whatever doesn’t serve me." Whether we are among the ones who preach hate or not, it's something we should say to ourselves every day. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and congrats on an Important (that we understand) Top Story. God bless! 🙏🏽🤝🏼
