  • Increase your intake of citrus fruits and other foods high in vitamin C for the eyes.
  • Do not spend a lot of time in front of the computer.
  • Don't read nonstop for an extended period; take breaks to let your eyes rest.
  • At least twice daily, rinse your eyes with cool water.
  • Practice yoga asanas and pranayama frequently.
  • Children shouldn't be allowed to play with toys or anything that might harm their eyes.
  • Every day, wash your glasses thoroughly. To keep your eyes relaxed, use glasses as appropriate for the situation.
  • Keep your eyes safe from nicks, burns, and other harm when playing, working out, or doing other activities.

How to Treat Eye Pain at Home:

Crush the coriander and boil it in the water while treating Ankho, the swelling or redness of the eyes. Pour that liquid into your eyes. This removes the redness, eases the discomfort, and stops the eyes from watering.

When there is eye discomfort and irritability, potatoes work best. Slices of a peeled potato held in the eyes for some time will help to relieve the pain.

If there is discomfort or inflammation in the eyes, add 2-2 drops of rose water. And shut your eyes for a while. Pain will be reduced by doing so.

If an infection is causing eye pain, basil leaves should be soaked in fresh water overnight and used to clean the eyes the following morning.
