How to Release Your Trapped Negative Emotions
"The 114 chakras healing meditation is the best way to clear the blockages and release the trapped emotions." - Sri Amit Ray
The trapped emotions are nearly universal. They always create distortion in the energy field of the body. The negative emotions are completely invisible in the surface level. They can cause an incredibly wide variety of physical and mental problems.
“Life is a comedy for those who think and a tragedy for those who feel.” ― Daniel Goleman, Emotional Intelligence.
Each trapped emotion resides in a specific location in the body, in the chakras, vibrating at its own particular frequency. To effectively combat the negative emotions, you need to activate your body’s natural relaxation response. Here is the five steps to release the trapped emotions.
Step 1: Present Moment Awareness
Present moment gives tremendous power to overcome emotional difficulties. Being in the present moment means to be “here and now,” means that you are aware and mindful of what is happening at this very moment. You are not carried away by the momentum of the past incidents or worries about the future, but centered in the here and now. It is the point between past and future.
"If you want to conquer the anxiety of life, live in the moment, live in the breath." - Sri Amit Ray.
Step 2: Connect with the Nature
Connecting with nature can help you to find peace in your busy life. The negative emotions are released while making the world a better place. Walking in the sunlight, opening your windows, blinds, curtains, and even doors allows natural air to flow through your home, giving it a more relaxing and natural atmosphere.
Step 3: Practice Deep Breathing
Deep breathing is a simple yet powerful emotion releasing technique. It’s easy to learn, can be practiced almost anywhere, and provides a quick way to get your emotional stress levels in check. The steps are easy:
1. Sit comfortably with your back straight. Put one hand on your chest and the other on your stomach.
2. Breathe in through your nose. The hand on your stomach should rise. The hand on your chest should move very little.
3. Exhale through your mouth, pushing out as much air as you can while contracting your abdominal muscles. The hand on your stomach should move in as you exhale, but your other hand should move very little.
4. Continue to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Try to inhale enough so that your lower abdomen rises and falls. Count slowly as you exhale.
5. Do this for 5 to 8 rounds.
Step 4: Sell yourself to yourself
Self-compassion is the way to release the trapped emotions. When you’re feeling overwhelmed, remind yourself of what you do well. Have a healthy sense of self-confidence and self-esteem.
Step 5: Rhythmic movement and Chakra Awareness
There are 114 chakras in human body. The practice of rhythmic chakra awareness gets you into a flow of repetitive movement, which can produce the relaxation responses and release the trapped negative emotions.
