How to Lose Weight in Two Weeks
(Without Changing Your Life and Diet)

How to Lose Weight in Two Weeks
Lately, I've seen a lot about so many different "fads" of different diet and exercise plans, and honestly each of our bodies is different, so if a no-carb diet works best for you and it is keeping your body healthy, do it! If being a vegetarian is what you believe in and notice your body and mind is a lot better than before, do it!
In my case, I still want to be able to eat the things I crave and still want to be able to have enough time to get daily activities done and still be able to live my regular, busy, life without having to make a major life change or a major commitment to a 6 month- 1 year diet plan.

When people say they're going on the Keto Diet for a year
To Be Healthy, or Not to Be Healthy
In no way, shape, or form, am I promoting a solid-scientific-proven-healthy diet plan, but I am sharing with you guys what i've found that is the easiest, fastest, and best results that have actually worked!
If your wondering why you would listen to a random person like me, well I definitely feel that although I don't live the healthiest lifestyle, I am very well educated about fitness and the human body. I am a female wrestler of 7 years (high school and college), so i've had instances where I would have to lose 5-10 pounds OVERNIGHT, I've had instances where I was eating very healthy and nutritious, I've had to where I was close to starving, I've had where I binged ate all the junk food in the gas station, I've been a wrestling coach for high school team and also private coaching. 100% Wrestling takes a huge toll on the body, but what better way to learn about the human body and figuring out what's the best way to lose weight for any regular person. That's what exactly I am, a perfectly normal human being with a busy lifestyle just like anyone else, and that's why I'm here to show you a weight loss plan that won't cut into your lifestyle or change your eating habits (even if they're bad eating habits), because like any other human being, I have cravings, and I'd rather live a life of GOOD (yummy) food rather than torture myself with rabbit food. (No offense to my rabbit food eaters)

Is it well balanced if I eat it with a salad?
The Diet Plan
I'm here to tell you.... EAT WHATEVER YOU WANT. Most important, live your life to the fullest, life is way too short to constantly be hard on yourself. I'm definitely not telling you to buy that chocolate cake and eat it all in one sitting, BUT, I am telling you to enjoy your food, whether it may be a slice of pizza, or your favorite fruits & salads. If you would like to portion your food that will definitely help too. (Instead of 4 slices of pizza, eat 1).
The one thing I will have to be strict towards this "diet plan" is that you absolutely should be drinking 1-3 gallons of water a DAY! Go to your local store or gas station and buy that gallon water jug and just carry it around with you throughout your day. At first, this is actually a difficult challenge, challenge yourself to drink more water than you already do, but at the least 1 gallon. Yes you will have to go pee every half hour but there is nothing like water to cleanse your body!! If you treat yourself at a restaurant one day and feel like a Sprite, get that Sprite! Soda doesn't hurt every once in awhile, and if you do, try to stay away from dark sodas such as Coke, Dr. Pepper, etc.

1-3 Gallon Challenge!
The Main Ingredient
Finally getting to the good stuff. So, the main ingredient to this 2 week weight loss journey is... a waist trainer! Now hear me out, I know waist trainers were in and went right back out, but you have to use it properly!
They say it will squeeze your organs yada yada yada, and I know celebrities such as the Kardashians promote waist trainers, but celebrities are lying to you! That's SURGERY, using a waist trainer properly is using it towards an active activity, and I've been using a waist trainer for many years, and it is the most effective tool I've seen yet. Thats exactly what a waist trainer should be used as in this process, a TOOL.
When using a waist trainer you should be starting your exercise routine, using the waist trainer as a way to make your abdomen sweat more than usual. You should not just throw one on and do nothing for several hours- with waist trainer there needs to follow some sort of sweat or exercise.
Yes at first a waist trainer will feel weird and uncomfortable, but the more you use it and begin to lose weight with it, the more comfortable and effective it becomes. (The harder you work, the easier it becomes!) With that being said, my waist trainer is extremely effective and I got mine online for $60-$70 from Arabella Fitness. I understand thats a bit pricey, so you can easily go down to Walmart or your local boutique and find a small one for $5-$20. A more pricey one will work faster and more effectively and will never break or fall on you (will last forever), but the smaller ones will still make you sweat and will still be effective :)

The Main Course
The final piece to this 2 week weight loss is nothing better than some good ol' fashion exercise! I know a lot of us don't have a lot of time on our hands to do hours of an exercise plan, or can afford a gym membership, an easy solution- just work out at home when you have some down time. This does not have to be any hard or vigorous exercises!!! Just simples exercise to make yourself sweat! Nothing crazy, but you probably will still feel sore (thats a good thing!)
I was lucky enough to come upon some simple exercise machines such as an exercise bike and an old fashion elliptical, but what I recommend for anyone who would like they're own machine at home but not willing to pay $300+ is just to simply go on to your Facebook "Market Place" and search your local cheap exercise machines.
Even a simple, cheap, machine can turn into several different simple exercises you can do on your own. (Which I will write about in my next article). If not Facebook, try Craigslist, or other selling/buy apps, you'll find a great deal for at home equipment!
I've set up my at home equipment in the shade of my backyard, and I get a great sweat there. You can put yours in any space your want, such as a spare room, corner of a room, outside, etc. Finally, the simple and not so secret ingredient to this 2 week weight loss is-
- Eat a well portioned meal of your choice, along with sips of your gallon of water, wait at least an hour and half before beginning any waist training or exercise.
- When you have an hour of free time, put on your waist trainer, and hop on your exercise machine, or do free hand exercise! (Which I will include in my next article about different & multiple exercises you can do on your machine and multiple exercise you can also do free hand at home without a machine) Make sure to only take SIPS of water before, throughout, and after your workout. If you indulge too much you WILL get sick!
- Make sure to finish your gallon+ of water throughout the rest of your day
- Eat snacks throughout your day
- Eat at least one good breakfast and one good dinner (Your choice of food! I recommend eggs, fish, meat, good protein to maintain a toned curvy body)
- Continue with the rest of your day and get a goods night sleep!
- Repeat. Everyday. For 2 Weeks.
You will see results if you follow my simple plan. After 2 weeks you can continue to do these same things but instead of everyday, do every other day to maintain a beautiful body you love! My plan and exercise plan really focuses more on how to achieve a curvy body- how to get a skinny waist and exercises on how to get a bigger butt too! So this plan is also great for girls that struggle to gain weight or want to achieve the curvy toned body.
I am currently in the process of vlogging this entire process to give people a better understanding of how easy it really is, and also please stay tuned for my next article of my list of multiple simple exercises you can do at home.

Stay Tuned!
