Hair loss in the shower
My Hair Loss Journey and How I Found a Solution

-By Alice Borne
I have always had thick and long hair since I was a kid. I loved my hair and took good care of it. I never dyed it, used harsh chemicals, or styled it with heat. I thought my hair would always stay healthy and beautiful.
But everything changed when I turned 30. I started to notice more and more hair falling out in the shower. At first, I thought it was normal and nothing to worry about. But then, I realized that it was not just a few strands here and there. It was clumps of hair that clogged the drain every time I washed my hair.
I panicked and searched online for the possible causes of hair loss. I learned that there are many factors that can affect hair growth, such as stress, hormones, medical conditions, medications, and genetics. I tried to figure out what was causing my hair loss, but I couldn’t pinpoint any specific reason.
I decided to see a dermatologist and get some tests done. The results showed that I had no underlying health issues or hormonal imbalances that could explain my hair loss. The doctor said that it was probably due to genetic factors and that there was not much I could do about it.
I felt hopeless and depressed. I hated looking at myself in the mirror and seeing my scalp showing through my thinning hair. I tried to hide it with hats, scarves, and different hairstyles, but nothing worked. I felt like I was losing a part of myself and my identity.
I started to avoid social situations and isolate myself from my friends and family. I felt ashamed and embarrassed by my appearance. I lost my confidence and self-esteem. I felt like no one would find me attractive or love me anymore.
I was desperate for a solution. I searched online for different treatments for hair loss, such as medications, supplements, shampoos, oils, and creams. I tried some of them, but none of them worked for me. They either had no effect or caused unpleasant side effects.
I was about to give up and accept my fate when I stumbled upon an article about red light therapy for hair loss. It sounded too good to be true, but I decided to give it a try anyway.
What is Red Light Therapy?
Red light therapy is a non-invasive and painless treatment that uses low-level laser or LED light to stimulate the cells in your scalp and hair follicles. It can increase blood flow, oxygen, and nutrients to your scalp and hair follicles, reduce inflammation, repair damage, and stimulate new hair growth.
Red light therapy has been proven by multiple studies to be effective for treating various types of hair loss. For example, a 2014 study showed that red light therapy increased hair density by 35% in men with male pattern baldness after 24 weeks of treatment. A 2013 study showed that red light therapy increased hair count by 37% in women with female pattern baldness after 16 weeks of treatment.
How to Use Red Light Therapy for Hair Loss?
One of the easiest ways to use red light therapy for hair loss is to use a red light therapy cap. A red light therapy cap is a device that fits over your head and emits red light directly onto your scalp. You can use it at home or anywhere you want, as it is portable and battery-powered.
A red light therapy cap is simple to use: you just put it on your head for about 15 to 30 minutes a day, depending on the instructions of the device. You don’t need any special preparations or precautions before or after using it. You can expect to see results in as little as four weeks of consistent use.
However, not all red light therapy caps are created equal. You should do your research and look for a device that has the optimal wavelength, power output, number of diodes, design, and comfort for stimulating hair growth. You should also look for a device that has a warranty, a guarantee, and a reasonable price.
How Red Light Therapy Changed My Life
I decided to buy a red light therapy cap online after reading some positive reviews from other customers who had used it. I was skeptical at first, but I figured I had nothing to lose.
I started using the cap every day for 30 minutes in the morning before going to work. It was easy and comfortable to use. It didn’t hurt or burn my scalp at all. It felt like wearing a warm hat.
After four weeks of using the cap, I noticed that my hair was falling out less in the shower. It was not as much as before, but it was still noticeable.
After eight weeks of using the cap, I noticed that my hair looked thicker and fuller. It was not as thin and sparse as before, but it was still not as thick and long as before.
After 12 weeks of using the cap, I noticed that my hair had grown back in some areas where it had receded. It was not as dense and strong as before, but it was still visible.
After 16 weeks of using the cap, I noticed that my hair had reached its maximum potential. It was not exactly the same as before, but it was close enough. I was happy and satisfied with the results.
I felt like a new person. I regained my confidence and self-esteem. I started to socialize more and enjoy life again. I felt more attractive and loved. I felt like myself again.
I am so grateful that I found red light therapy for hair loss. It changed my life for the better. It gave me hope and happiness. It gave me back my hair.
If you are suffering from hair loss and looking for a solution, I highly recommend that you try red light therapy. It may be the answer you are looking for. It may be the answer you need.
