Hair ties or headbands: If you have long hair, tie it back before class to keep stray hairs out of your eyes and face. A simple hair tie or headband should be enough.
Yoga Socks: To be clear, yoga socks are not required for class attendance. In fact, doing yoga barefoot is best. If you can't bear the notion of walking around in bare feet, invest in a pair of yoga socks with bottom grips to keep your feet covered while keeping decent traction. Standard socks will not suffice, since you will slip and slide all over your mat.
