Here are the reasons why you might not be loosing weight in spite of everything, or few tips to make your fitness journey even more effective.

Are you also tired of your love handles? Trying hard to get back in shape ?Are you also one of the strugglers trying to be more fit? Well, guys relax, you are just at the right site. During lockdown i also indulged into stress eating. I mean I'd be either eating or playing video games. That's all. And you clearly see such habits don't make you fit .I gained weight, but i were resilient to get into shape back and hence began my back to fit journey. Here are the reasons why you might not be loosing weight in spite of everything, or few tips to make your fitness journey even more effective.

DISCIPLINE

First things first, if you ain't disciplined , you are never gonna make it. You gotta set goals and boundaries to achieve it in the set time. Stick to your schedule. Don't design too many cheat days or meals if you wanna get fit. Stick to your high-protein and low carb diet. And most importantly trust the process. Your discipline, your consistency is what which will help you in the long run. Thus don't fall for any short-cuts.

MEALS

Lemme get this very clear- SKIPPING meals will never ever help you. Your body requires calories to perform it's daily task without feeling fatigue. I also used to skip breakfast, which often lead to an oversized lunch- rich in carbs and low in protein. Your meals should be balanced, and suiting your body needs. Remember you can't just copy someone else's diet plan. Every individual has different requirements, hence you should prioritize your needs first and draft you plan accordingly. Just remember to take your adequate protein.

SLEEP LEAST 8 HRS

I hope you aren't binge watching a whole damn series tonight, or are you? Or lemme guess, you are already high on caffeine cause you gotta complete your assignment in a night, as you didn't complete it before? If you are planning to get a healthy and fit body, then you must have a healthy sleep schedule. When your body is in sleep, it heals the damaged muscles , repair the tissues , and promotes your growth. Besides this it keeps you fresh all day next, and barely causes any tiredness. But the best part is you don't get any dark circles. Do not settle for 5-6 hrs. Thus do remember to take your magic sleep tonight.

CUT THOSE SUGARS

Yes sweets do are mouth-watering, and we are always ready to take a bite of that cake, a sip from that sugary shake. This is the point where all your hard work goes down the drain. Remember what you eat throughout the day plays a major role in your fitness. If you are focusing more on sugars which is pure calories with zero nutritional value, remember you are just adding trouble to yourself. Thus learn to say NO when it comes to tasty sugary dishes. Just keep it in your mind IT'S NOT FAT WHAT MAKES YOU FAT, IT'S SUGAR.

WORKOUT

If you are thinking you can make it , just by following a low 800 calorie diet. You are absolutely WRONG. Guys, diet is important, but for better muscles, fitness you really gotta make your body work. Their are various exercise program now. You don't need necessarily hit the gym or workout hours. A small session would suffice. You can try yoga, or HIIT, weight training, dancing, jogging, swimming , skipping, cardio or a long 4-5 km walk will do it. Just remember to engage in any physical activity 5 times a week. Not only it help giving you a good shape, but increases your work efficiency. What's the wait now ? Get up and get to work.

ACCEPTANCE

Before getting into your fittest version, learn to accept your body as it is. Learn to embrace yourself first. Constantly remind yourself you are working to make yourself better, not to fulfill any social criteria of perfect body. Give yourself positive affirmations regularly that YOU, YES YOU ARE THE ONE WHO HAS MADE IT TO THIS FAR, AND YOU CAN DO ANY AND EVERYTHING. Keep yourself motivating and even if you don't see results never give up. Things take time - weeks, months, but don't worry you'd be rewarded for your hard work.

I hope above tips helped you guys out. Just understand if you want to get fit, it's just not about your body, its about your social environment , mental state, and dedication. You shouldn't miss any aspect while working on yourself. Keep pushing yourself up. Upgrade your level. Results take time. You just have to trust the process. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR JOURNEY!
