Eight Reasons Why You Should Purchase a FitBit Inspire HR
How this device will help you become your best self

Smartwatches have become a popular trend over the last few years. Devices like the Fitbit Inspire HR are known to help people develop healthier habits in their nutrition and exercise routines.
In the summer of 2019 I purchased the Inspire HR and fell absolutely in love with it. It has amazing features that helps me stay productive during my day. If you are wanting to get in shape this year and you're looking for an affordable, good quality smartwatch, then you've come to the right place.
Here are eight reasons why you should purchase a Fitbit Inspire HR in 2020:
1. It's cheaper than other watches: When I purchased this device on SportCheck, it cost me a total of $112. That's a lot cheaper than the $200+ you would normally pay for an apple watch. It also comes in three different colours: black, pastel purple, and white.
2. Step tracking: Like other smartwatches, this device tracks your daily steps. If you're sitting at home having a lazy day, it will remind you to get up and move. This helped me become a lot more productive in the summer. Every day I had a goal to reach 10,000 steps, so in the morning I would get up and go for a 30 minute walk and by the time I was done I had burned 200 calories and was already halfway to my goal. Before using this device, I would maybe do 6,000 steps in an average day. My activity level has changed drastically since then.
3. Heart rate: A normal resting heart rate is between 60 to 100 bpm. If you have a history of heart disease or palpitations, having this device will help you keep track of your pulse. This has helped me a lot due to my history of having an irregular heartbeat. It tells me when my pulse is too high so I know what to do when I need to lower it. This feature is a lifesaver.
4. Food logging: The food logging feature helps you keep track of your daily calories. It also tells you if you're getting too much or too little carbs, fat, protein, etc. Good tool to use for both weight loss and weight gain, or if you are just wanting to maintain your weight it's good for that, too.
5. Water intake: Before using this device, I would consume about 4 glasses of water a day. I am now drinking 7-8. I remind myself to have at least 1-2 glasses with every meal and snack. This has helped my skin look and feel better, I get less headaches and I am well-hydrated.
6. Sleep: Tracking your sleep on this device is easy. Set your goal (7-8 hours is the norm) and place the watch on your non-dominant arm. As you sleep, it will record the duration of your rest, times you were restless or awake, etc.
7. Waterproof: You can wear the Inspire in the shower, pool and beyond. It is waterproof and splash proof, so you don't have to worry about taking it off every time you go near water. It also tracks how long you are swimming for.
8. 5 day battery: The battery on this device lasts up to 5 days. Keep the motivation coming!
