There's an inherent distrust towards the fitness industry because a lot of people out there just try and market all types of get fit quick schemes. Realistically it's nothing more than a transfer of information you purchase from a professional who has the certifications so you do not need to the same. Which is fine! Other than it promising you a fast result how much do you know about what or who thinformation is coming from? We do live in the information age so it would only make sense to thouroughly vet the source you're gettng it from. The simple mention of fat burners stirs up a littanly of confusfion.

I want to address certain misconceptions and misunderstandings about fat burners.

First, let’s simplify how fat burners work,, and if they do indeed work how do you tell the difference. When you break down the process of burning fats, specifically fat burners, we are talking about a process called "Thermogenesis", which is really just a way of generating body heat, it's also the process known as the thermic effects of food. Our metabolism in a nutshell is just the process of taking in food, our bodies absorbing and processing it. Thermogenesis is one of the three ways your body legitimately burns fat. There are other alternative ways your body burns fat like intermittent fasting, whenever we start a new exercise regimen and we limit calorie intake, your body burns fat in which case it uses energy stored in the fat cells to fuel new activity.

All of these are different means to an end when it involves stimulating one of these three things. So, we're talking about thermogenesis, the production of heat, our basic metabolic rate or our natural calories we burn at rest, and in fact physical activities. These are the three pinnacles we need to be paying attention to when it comes to fat loss and even choosing a fat burner.

It's important to understand that our metabolism, in general, is greatly dictated by the amount of lean body mass we possess. Lean body mass is everything in your body that is the tissue that is not fat. Organsand muscle, not referring bones make up the lean bdy mass on someone, which determines determines what their metabolism is. Studies have shown that looking at it from the standpoint of per kilogram basis if people have the same amount of lean body mass, their metabolism is usually the same.

So, our metabolism as far as body mass goes, pretty similar between you and me. for instance , if you've got two people who weigh 200 pounds and they both have 30% body fat and the other person weighs 100 pounds with 5% body fat, this second person will have a higher resting metabolic rate.

In summary, when we look at fat burners in the example above? Most fat burners in the market today claim themselves to be thermogenic, however, it doesn't seem as thermogenic alone can actually directly increase your blood heat, because it all comes all the way down to the beta-adrenergic receptors (betaARs) and our overall catecholamines response. These are members of the big family of G protein-coupled receptors that affect our body's response to fat loss. Next, we have the

EGCG. We see this in a lot of fat burners too and it works. you also have an ingredient called carnitine which is in a lot of fat burners. We are told that carnitine allows more fat to get into the cells, with this you have Triglycerides; 3 fatty acids bind to a glycerol molecule.

Finally, when you take a fat burner supplement before a workout, there is more fat loss. Yes, studies show that at burners do actually

assist you to burn fat, however, it must be paired with physical exercises and a proper nutrition program to make them more effective. I hope you have found this informative.
