Crystals for Beginners

Apache Tears

By The Vibe Podcast Published 4 years ago 3 min read

Over one year ago I began a spiritual journey. One of which included the studies of many religions. I felt a calling to learn about my Taino heritage. I also began to study Crystals and have been loving this journey ever since! So much so that I would not trade it for the world.

I am happy to be in a position where I can share knowledge. Let’s learn about Apache Tears!

I was never able to find this stone last year and today I can tell you why.

Apache Tears are Obsidian stones rounded or oval shape. Known to have healing properties, particularly for people who are grieving.

Solving my father’s 38 year old murder, was the ultimate shock and betrayal.

It is my belief the reason for which I could not find Apache Tears was because I should have learned the importance of breaking away from a Toxic Family a long time ago.

That woman allowed abuse on me, took my money and knew of my father’s murder.

The level of Mental Illness I walked away from was unreal. This was a lesson I needed to learn once and for all.

More importantly, I needed to learn this lesson on my own.

Do to my forgiving nature, I needed to learn the value of life on my own.

Only Jesus can forgive those sins, my job is to be happy and healthy.

I am happy to report a job well done so far! My very first book will be available soon!

Be on the look out for, How Spirituality Saved My Life.

Apache Tears absorbs energy, amazing in Root Chakra Healing- Emotions; Anger.

Place in your pocket when dealing with negative emotions or use as a worry stone in your dominant hand... forget fidget spinners.

Apache Tears are a form of volcanic glass, healing properties help with grief, provides emotional healing and recovery from dark or sad emotions.

Works with Rose Quartz, I own one!

Rose Quartz helps release guilt and promotes self-loving feelings. I absolutely love mine!

I use Rose Quartz to massage my face with my favorite relaxing Essential Oils.

I just love Nature!

Usage Tip- When dealing with the loss of a loved one, carry Apache Tears. Use as a worry stone when grief threatens to overwhelm you.

Life made me toughen up on my own, however I have no regrets. This life has made me who I am today!

I suffered but you don’t have to.. the spiritual journey I have been on is also known as a Warrior’s Walk.

It is my absolute honor to have created a path safe for children. My children and their children will not suffer in the ways that I have.

My blessing in this is that one day I will be fortunate enough to help others.

This pain deal ended with Diana Costas, the motherfucking mark.. not one more child suffers in my presence.

For that I say Glory be! If I can do this.. so can you!

Discipline for this life is a must, the plus in this is that you can in fact teach yourself to be a disciplined individual in today’s society.

No one taught me how to be a woman, I have taught myself and it saddens me to see that folks live a lifetime with no growth.

That’s not life.. we must do better. The world is about to open up again. Let’s return to our authentic selves. I must admit, we have been lost for a while and I am glad to be back!

I plan on writing many books!

Wellness matters and so do you! Crystals for Beginners was an excellent book to start my journey with.

Thank you to the author, Karen Frazier. Amazing knowledge! I intend to continue sharing what I learn.

Once upon a time I was weak.. today I am strong!

We celebrated International Women’s month and I could not be more proud of our success and I owe it to one special young girl on her way to being an awesome young woman.. Mia Isabella, I thank you for inspiring me. One day I will write a special book just for you!
