Corona has the most serious impact on the world's young generation.

Although the youth are well immersed in the 'work from home' culture, the changing nature of work, indefinite times, stagnant mental communication, the hassle of shopping for clothes, the wait for diet, everything is awkward now.

The congregation has been experiencing 'work from home' since last year, attending meetings at the zoom while sitting at home, lost contact with coworkers, lost the office feel as they worked from home, but also unknowingly had limitations on many other things. All of that is closely linked to the lifestyle of today's young generation. The ‘work from home’ of course increased the workload, as many employees left the company. Many colleagues lost their jobs. Therefore, the new challenge for the youth is to maintain their job while maintaining the scope of work.

According to the World Economic Forum, Corona has the most serious impact on the world's young generation. He says the corona has stopped the growth of many young people at all levels in the global recession and if no solution is found now, it will be difficult for the young generation who are the future of the world to recover. At present, if the lifestyle of the youth changes or is disrupted, there will be no balance, experts say. Experts say that 'work from home' reduces the productivity of the youth, lack of proper diet, lifestyle and fitness has a serious impact on their lifestyle. The lifestyle of the young generation has already changed and will continue to change over time, but the good or bad habits associated with lifestyle should not be broken suddenly and this is exactly what has happened due to Corona, experts point out.

Parikshit Sharma, who works in a corporate company, says that work from home has had a devastating effect on mental and physical health, as it is very difficult to stay active in just one room. From that, office culture gives you the activity that plays an important role in your physical or mental health. For example, constant contact with my co-workers in the office, work discussions, and exchanges. Physically your movements are very important which does not happen while sitting at home and working, but in the office. Fitness comes from being active, but basically, it requires an office. The office gives it activity and activity helps maintain fitness. Work from home has restricted activity, he says. According to Parikshit, the younger generation is more focused on the standard of living. Therefore, everyone's fitness and shopping fund is judged accordingly. My observation is that people who travel are more fit. There is no doubt that the work-from-home restrictions have definitely affected the fitness of people who travel, says Parikshit. But everyone's definition of fitness is different. Irregular working hours have affected the sleep of some. Some even realize some of the benefits of work from home. Mohit Khosla from Mumbai says that work from home saves the cost of traveling to the office, does not have to walk in the hot sun or is not too hot. But my personality is not to sit at home. I am not at home on any holiday but because of work from home I have to work from home against my personality. When I got into the habit of working from home, I lost my temper. I had to sit at home against my will. My personality is not monotonous and I have a tendency to constantly accommodate myself in the company of people, so I had to be satisfied with the online company. However, the artificiality is very annoying and the mental health is disturbed. Mood swings continue to strike as soon as we realize that things are constantly happening against the will, he says.

One of the important habits of the younger generation is shopping. Mohit says the lockdown caused a lot of hurdles while shopping. I used to look at online shopping deals and actually pick them up from the shop near the office as soon as the office was over. this means it's about to be the most delusional time of the year, as well. But after the lockdown, it is still not open, so I have to travel to the city for shopping. In the meantime, there was no reason to go shopping. So the shopping was completely closed. According to Tanvi Bhatt, it took a while to adapt to this working pattern, but work from home has had some adverse effects. Problems like back pain and leg pain are arising as there is no proper seating system at home like in the office. At the same time, the balance between personal and professional life has deteriorated due to the increase in the scope of work. I don't know how the holidays go. Because going out of the house has stopped. So mental stress also has to be dealt with. But everything has its advantages and disadvantages, and work from home has had some benefits. Work from home emphasized the importance of maintaining good health. I've never thought so much about it, but now I'm starting to do it. Home food, taking a short walk every day is the goal so that there will be no health complaints, she says. Tanvi, who has not been in the habit of shopping online till now, is currently focusing on that.
