Do you want to lose weight, but you don’t know what to try?

Do you want to lose weight but everything you have tried doesn’t taste good?

Do you want something that taste good, and it won’t harm you?

Do you want something that you can tell all your friends about when they ask what you used?

Do you want people to ask you what you did lose the weight and all you have to do is say “I drank coffee” Or “I drank my juice” three times a day to help me lose weight, and I added a mile walk in each day?

Do you want people to wonder what you did that makes you feel so much better than anything else you have tried?

Do you want people to wonder what you did different this time that made it where you lose weight without having to work super hard?

Do you want people to say, “Hey you look great, what are you doing different now?”?

If you answered yes to any or all these questions above, then please follow me on this journey I am about to share with you.

I may not need to lose weight, and I may not know what it feels like to feel the need to lose weight, but I know what it feels like as the opposite, I know that it may not feel the same, I at least have the idea of not loving my body for how it was made.

So, I want to help others love their body for how it was made, and how it is. Even if they think they need to lose weight, I am happy to help because I know what it feels to not like the body you are given.

I know what it feels like for people to judge you and you feel like you need to change, but in all seriousness, you don’t have to change for anyone besides yourself.

You shouldn’t let anyone’s opinion on you make you want to change, sometimes even when it is your own, because no matter what you are beautiful or handsome in the body you were given, you were given that body for a reason, and it is because you deserve it, it makes you beautiful and amazing.

I know sometimes we need to lose or gain weight for our health, and we have no choice if we want to be healthy; but I also know that we feel like we need to lose or gain weight to make someone love us when that isn’t the case.

If you think you need to lose weight to make someone love you then you are wrong, because if they cannot love you the way you are then they do not need to be in your life, and you need to remove them so you can be happy in your life, and the body that you were given.

I am here to help you feel beautiful/handsome in your body, but I am also here to help you lose weight in a healthy way.

I am not going to make you work out or stop eating all the food that you love, I will say that working or going for a short walk each day will help you but I am not going to make you, I will say that cutting back on your carb intake will help you but I am not going to make you only eat once a day, I am going to ask that you still eat three meals a day but with each meal you drink a cup of coffee, or our detox tea.
