Crown chakra, sounds similar no!. Yes, it is because, in my previous article “Keep calm and learn about chakras”(https://shopping-feedback.today/longevity/keep-calm-and-learn-about-chakras%3C/strong%3E%3C/a%3E%3Cstrong class="css-1mrz9mz-Bold">) consist of Crown chakra which is also known as Sahasrara, I have discussed it.

The Sahasrara Chakra which consists of 1000 lotus petals, is situated on the top of the head. Besides that, it’s even known as the “Thousand-Petalled Lotus”, “Brahmarandhra” (the door to God) or the “Centre of a Million Rays” as it radiates like the Sun and no other light can come close to the brilliance of the Sun. This Chakra stands for yoga, self, and God-realisation, where the soul unites with cosmic consciousness. Once you activate the chakra, the journey of getting moksha becomes easier for you. Most people are not aware of a fact that it comprises an important power, called Medha Shakti.

  Now, what is Medha Shakti?

Medha Shakti is a hormone that affects brain functions such as memory, concentration and intelligence and when someone practices yoga he or she becomes capable of activating and strengthening this shakti or hormone.

Now coming back to the chakra. Speaking about its color so it doesn’t consist of a specific color because it’s a pure light in which all the colors exist. The vitality of all Nadis joins in this inside, similar to the waters of a thousand streams filling the ocean and this purest place belongs to Lord Shiva here and the corresponding element is Adi Tattva.

Well, this was about the chakra now what happens if it gets imbalanced? If you are among those who suffer from major headaches, inability to concentrate or focus on the task, or have no capability of taking other’s perspectives or empathy that’s the sign of imbalanced Sahasrara. Though people who are not aware of the science of chakras might think that these issues are because of too much stress or because of working continuously on a laptop. But sweetheart it’s important to understand the root cause of your problem. Staying on the surface can’t cure your disease for a longer time.

But where there is a will, there is a way hence there are ways to bring the chakra on track by practicing meditation on the OM mantra, considering purple more than your favorite color, keeping a gratitude journal, and practicing certain yoga poses such as Headstand and inverted yoga. Apart from inverted and Headstand poses, there are other Yoga postures.

1.Vriksasana:

Vriksasana or Tree pose is a restorative and a balancing pose. In this posture, a person needs to take a stand in mountain pose (Tadasana), with your arms at your sides. Let the weight of your body gets evenly distributed across both feet, grounding down equally through your inner ankles, outer ankles, and toes. Then shift your weight to your left foot and bend your right knee, reach down and clasp your right inner ankle. Repeat this posture on both sides. It comes with other benefits as well such as strengthening your ankles and calves, and tones the abdominal muscle as well.

2.Ardha Pincha Mayurasana:

For starting the Dolphin pose start by getting on your knees and hands. Then place your forearms on the ground, make sure your elbows and shoulders are in the same line. After that, lift your back and hips as you tuck your toes and make your legs straight. While doing this, make sure the blades of the shoulder are firm and into your ribs and after that free your neck by lifting your shoulders away from your ears. Walk-in towards your arms. Till the time you hold this pose and keep on taking three deep breaths. Dolphin pose works on your core, arms, and legs. The blood circulation becomes better.

3.Salamba Sirsasana:

To start this asana, begin with placing a sturdy, soft blanket on the floor to cushion your head. After that, just kneel on the floor, and interlace your fingers after you place your forearms on the floor. Guarantee that your elbows are shoulder-width separated. 4.Savasana:

If you are looking for one of the easiest forms of yoga, give Savasana a shot. For this, you need to lie down on your yoga mat and just be in the same position for 5-10 minutes. It helps in repairing tissues, cells, and releases your stress. You stay calm, relaxed, and can see the difference in headache, fatigue, and insomnia. It’s even good for people with low blood pressure.

Besides that, you can even consider aromatherapy as its procedure consist of essential oils that help in awakening the crown energy wheel. You may even burn myrrh, camphor, and frankincense.
