It doesn't have to be a full-blown workout for your body to release endorphins. You could go for a quick run around your block or get a football to kick around.

For some, it's already an instinct to listen to music when they are stressed.

Soothing music/slow-paced instrumental music is best for relieving stress and relaxing the body but listening to any music is good as far as you enjoy it. Music reduces stress by reducing blood pressure, heart rate, and stress hormones.

Also, nature sounds are effective in relieving stress.

It is important to know how much work your body can handle, in order to avoid overworking yourself and for you to know when to rest.

This is very important as we have no control over the majority of stressors, so we have to make sure stressors like this one that we can control don't cause us unnecessary stress.

You can do this by knowing when to say no to things you know you cannot handle and things that will give you unnecessary stress.

Laughing has always been good for us, and it is one of the best ways to relieve stress. When you laugh, your body releases endorphins which reduce stress hormones in your body.

The internet is filled with tons of videos of people doing stupid, comedy skits, etc that will help you laugh out those stress hormones.

So anytime you feel stressed out, just head on to YouTube and watch some funny videos.

If you find yourself constantly getting stressed for no good reasons, it could be you are not sleeping well.

Lack of enough sleep can make you get stressed, and stress will make you unable to sleep. The cycle will keep ongoing.

Always make sure to get at least 7 hours of sleep, stay away from your devices before bedtime. This is one of the best ways to deal with stress.
