Lack of sleep can cause heavy troubles as its habit is linked with obesity, high BP, type 2 diabetes, cancer, and much more.

Not sleeping well can reduce your body's ability to burn calories which in results can fill your body with fat tissues in return.

Sleeping well for 7 hours works better and can keep you active for a whole day, which can be beneficial for you to do some daily routine works including exercises.

Green tea is a supplement that can be helpful in keeping you active and can also contribute to losing weight.

Antioxidants properties of green tea have the ability to boost metabolism which in return can improve body health and fitness status and the body can burn more calories with it.

Water is very essential for all living organisms. It removes body waste and keeps your body hydrated.
