Tools I use as a Product Marketer

This means that the tools are often updated & improved on a regular basis, with new features & bug fixes being added all the time. As a result, open-source tools can be more reliable &efficient than proprietary software, which may not be updated as frequently.

Another key benefit of open-source tools is that they are often more affordable than proprietary software. Many open-source tools are completely free to use, like the one that the entire world is using currently — ChatGPT, which can be a major advantage for individuals and organizations with limited budgets (definitely a curious person like me). In addition, open-source tools may offer more flexibility & customization options than proprietary software, which can be particularly useful for businesses & organizations that need to tailor their software to specific needs.

AI open-source tools can save a lot of your time in a number of ways. For example, they can automate tasks and processes that would otherwise be time-consuming or labour-intensive. This can be especially useful for data analysis and visualization, where AI open-source tools can quickly analyze large amounts of data and present the results in a clear and concise manner. Similarly, these tools are also capable of doing several other tasks that save time and effort in your daily work life.

Scribehow — Visual Guide Creator

Scribehow is one of my favourite tools. It allows me to record any process, and turn it into a step-by-step guide to share with my team. It works on Chrome, Edge & desktop and automatically creates a how-to guide, complete with screenshots, instructions and clicks. It also allows me to edit the guide, share it with my team with one click, and export it in PDF or Confluence efficiently. An amazing tool for managers and educators.

Sembly.AI — AI Meeting Assistant

Sembly AI is the smartest AI meeting assistant that records, transcribes and generates smart meeting minutes. It works with zoom, Gmeet, MS Teams & Webex. Sembly provides AI-generated smart meeting summaries with discussed topics, key decisions made, and actions planned. It even works with prerecorded meetings which you get automated meeting minutes that you can edit & share easily with colleagues.

Copy.ai — AI-Generated Content

Copy.ai is an AI-based copywriting tool that generates unique content for your blog, social media, or even a video. It is super helpful for content creators, by providing a short description on the topic they want content on, it can help them write Insta captions, product descriptions, and so on.

DALL-E 2 — AI-Generated Image

DALL-E2 by Open AI is all in the news recently, and it is a new AI system that can create realistic images from a description in your natural language (english XD). It can combine concepts, attributes, & styles and is fun to play around with.

Lumen5 — Video Creator

Lumen5 is an online video-making platform with tools that allow you to make videos in just a few steps. You can just upload your blog or script, and it creates the whole video sequence, with images. It also offers an extensive range of images & videos to include in the final video. It’s a great tool if you want to create content for various social media platforms, quickly.

Grammarly — Writing Assistant

Grammarly uses AI to proofread & provide suggested edits across most forms of written media. In addition, it checks grammar, spelling, punctuation, conciseness, formality, and vocabulary, while also providing tonal feedback on your content.

Quillbot — Paraphrasing Tool

QuillBot provides several writing features that assist you to improve your writing, however, the primary feature is the paraphraser which can help enhance your vocabulary and tone. I have used it throughout my graduation in almost all my assignments ;P
