What if I told you that you can manifest anything you desire by writing it down? You probably would think that I am just talking a bunch of nonsense, but I'm not. It's always good to say your manifestations out loud and even meditate on them, but writing them down is a more tangible process.

This process has become so popular that numerous people are reporting on the amazing results that this method has brought them. Whether you want a new car or to land your dream job, this method will help your affirmations to manifest.

WHAT IS THE 55X5 METHOD

The 55x5 method is a more practical technique that can bring any of your desires into fruition.

Everyday, you write the exact thing you want 55 times over five consecutive days. The reason for this is to put you on the right frequency and alignment to instantly attract the things you want.

During this five-day process, your subconscious mind will be reprogrammed and your vibration will raise to match your desires.

HOW TO DO THE 55X5 METHOD

  1. Pick a time you will write every day. The time has to be exactly the same every day. (Either first in the morning when you wake up or right before you go to bed).
  2. Pick the most quiet place that you can find where you wont be disturbed.
  3. Grab your favorite pen, not a pencil, and your notepad. It's best to get a fresh notebook that hasn't been written in.
  4. While holding the notepad, set your intention. Take a few deep breaths and think about what you really want.
  5. Be very specific, but keep it short.
  6. Pick an affirmation that brings you so much joy and excitment.
  7. Write your affirmation as if it has already happened. Only in the present tense.
  8. Put a specific time-frame on your affirmations.

Some examples of affirmations:

  1. Thank you universe for the opportunity to go to Greece next summer.
  2. I am so grateful that I just recevied a job offer from Vogue Magazine today.
  3. I am so grateful that I earned 100,000 subscribers on my YouTube channel in only a few months.
  4. Thank you universe for giving me the determination and will power to lose 100 pounds this year.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

When you are writing down your affirmation, make sure that you stay in the present moment. Try to focus only on what you are writing and make sure that you are in a peaceful and joyful mood while writing your affirmations.

If you need to do a 3-5 minute meditation to calm your mind before doing this method, then do it. Your mind cannot be racing during this practice.

After you finish writing down your affirmation 55 times, for the day, let the intention go. The universe knows what you want and you need to believe it will happen. Believe that you deserve it. Do not focus on it or worry about it happening. "Set it and forget it."

WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THE NUMBER 555

The number 555 means positivity. It reminds you to stay positive and to be fully present in the moment. It reminds you to keep a peaceful state of being. This number means positive change will be coming into your life.

Change can be a scary thing even if you desire it, so you always have your angels and spirit guides there to guide you and make everything a smoothe transition. The 555 number is powerful and you can harness that power when doing this method.

If your goal does not happen within these days, it is okay because you have now put yourself closer to your desire than you have ever been. It will still happen, but you must believe it. Do not have any doubt and make sure to stay busy with other things. Do not dwell on it. If anything, act as if you never even wrote it.
