How 'baby steps' to unexpected success?
My fat to fit journey

I just turned 19 and realized that life is wonderful and has already set a for us road map!
We humans as superior species always think that our life decisions are in our hands but after my few experience I realized it is partially true because in reality, we don't control our decisions!
let me explain it more briefly with the help of the story!
There was a boy who just turned 18 and he was 110kg i.e 242 lbs! he knew that he was obsessed but didn't want to control it!
He was struggling to put up tight clothes because clothes of his size were not available in stores.
I will complete the story by the end!
Now let's discuss the words 'baby steps' in the title of this article!
when a baby learns to walk he initiates it with baby steps i.e small steps.
Now let's continue the story
The boy in the story one day got frustrated and he wanted to get rid of the heavy vest of obsession!
He watched each and every video of weight transformation on YouTube and digested all the motivational speeches.
He downloaded the diet plan and printed it and gave it to his mother so she can cook it for him. He decided to do cardio (jogging) and he bought new boots and a tracksuit and set the aim of 10 km a day!
That night He was all set to launch on jogging tracks and set the alarms of 5 AM!
The next morning the boy was pumped up for the jogging and got on track!
He ran 2.5 km that day and got home.
he ate that tasteless diet food and avoided his sweet enemies(unhealthy food).
He followed the routine for 7-8 days but never reached the mark of 10 km.
He soon realized that there was not much change in his weight.
He got demotivated and dropped the plan, all his motivation was destroyed and he returned to his old lifestyle!
Let's have another break from the story.
One fact that the boy dint notice was a 5 km run is actually a great success for a giant mass of 110 kg!
He didn't realize it because he set his initial aim too high! Everything was going fine but his own aim destroyed his success.
The fact I want to share is that it's my story and it was me before 7 months!
I realized my mistake when I turned into a more massive giant of 115 kg.
"baby steps!"
When a baby starts walks he doesn't set a target of walking from the bedroom straight down to the hallway through the stairs of the house!
His target sets target by observing the room!
let me explain more briefly...
He analyzes the room and looks for the point of interest (toys or any object)
Which is of course in the range of his vision (close to him) and he starts walking!
Ok so now let's get back to my story!
So now I am 95 kg and yes 20kg down and I still can't complete the mark of 10km a day and I have no issue with it!
conclusion
We must never set too big targets that we end up demotivating ourselves because end of the day progress matters more than our targets.
So what I do now and what is mine on going baby step?
I started a digital marketing agency: moscod.com.
There is another interesting story behind this startup and think you would like it to read but let's keep it for another day!
Once I get a good response on this story then I will release my startup journey too soon!
