Christmas Gift Ideas
Raising Sustainable Consciousness

Christmas. Birthdays. Anniversaries. Promotions. Baby Showers.
All celebrations worth buying a present for, is worth being good for the planet simultaneously. Say yes to the following options!
I hope to inspire you to make some changes in the following year, to set your new year resolution in helping change makers to build a sustainable way of life in the communities around you. The following are some gift ideas, all from a sustainable source aimed at restoring the planet and hope you look towards these for your Christmas ideas.
It is not a secret that humankind has destroyed and intervened with mother nature for way too long and our generation has fought more than any other. Climate change is not a lie, we have proof of the impact deforestation and toxic agriculture has had on this planet. I have recently watched David Attenborough; A life on our planet serving as his personal testimony which has urged me to write a story on how we together can take a step in the right direction...
Global systems in place that have intervened with nature can be changed because they are human made and reversible. Not saying it is going to be an easy process, many activists I have come across have lost hope and their positivity along the years. But remember it all starts with all of us making daily changes to our lifestyles and through small steps… change is possible. So I urge you to never give up the fight! Have hope in yourself through some alterations to your year ahead.
I'm suggesting a change to the gifts given this Christmas... if the time is not too late! I usually do everything last minute, hence providing these Christmas ideas in the beginning of December. Most of you will already have your Christmas gifts hidden at home. No stress, this can still apply to you next year or through the year. Save this page to your bookmark or copy and paste these goodies. Urging you to attempt buying local, sustainable, hand-made, plastic free goods for your loved ones is a step in the right direction!
This will allow a shift in the perspectives around you, shift what it means to give presents to others through giving sustainable gifts and creating a permaculture around you.. these small actions will educate and raise awareness in the communities. Such small actions can help mother nature recover more than you know. Time to be #Ecofriendly
