Prepare the ingredients before

It is important to prepare the ingredients before starting cooking; it will save your time. you can also cook with ease, and your attention will not divert from stove to cutting board and vice versa. Get a good knife

The knife is the most important part when it comes to cooking. There are many cutting techniques that will make your dish look more ravishing and charming. And beyond this, you must have a good knife to chop the ingredients because not-so-good chopped ingredients can make the flavor low. Imagine cutting a tomato with a lousy knife and all the juice just drained on the cutting board what remains in its only skin.

Serve on hot plates

You must be thinking, why? But serving on the cold plate can lead the food to release moisture and it will decrease the taste of the dish. So serve it on a hot plate. That is how the taste will remain the same, and the dish will also stay hot for more time. Simply wash the dish with warm water and dry it and serve the meal.

Use the measuring tool

Don’t use a tablespoon or teaspoon. The spoons are different in shapes, sizes and designs. So it is clear that their measurement is not precise. And it will become the reason for sometimes less salt or extra sugar. So to avoid this, always use proper measuring cups and tools, and you will never add something less or something extra.

Preheat the pans

Preheating the pans can be a good turnover for your dish. When you preheat the pan, it will let the meat patties and slices to be juicy, and immediately a brown singe will be seen at the moment it hit the pan. If you do not preheat the pan, the vegetables become soggy and take too much time to tender.

Don't over mix dough and batter.

Over mixing dough can result in too chewy and tough cakes or muffins. On the other hand, it will not be as fluffy if you over mix the pancake batter. Just mix the batter that every ingredient mix well. Use a good mixer and read the recipe's instructions on which type of dough and batter it needs.

Take care of garlic

Burned garlic can bitter your well-seasoned dish also. So don't burn the garlic. Put the garlic at the right time and never leave the pan while sautéing it. Used minced or smashed garlic as they are less likely to burn. And you also add few drops of water that do not let the garlic burn.
