2. Making Your Bed Every Morning
Don’t lie to yourself, how many days out of the week do you consistently make your bed in the morning?
Making your bed should be the first task that you get accomplished every day. By doing that you’re getting that boost of momentum towards the rest of your task that day.
You would be surprised about how much better you will feel about yourself by simply just making your bed. It’s a good feeling that a lot of people can’t say that they get to enjoy.
3. Read An Hour A Day
Readers are leaders. Reading an hour a day should be an outspoken rule for young men in modern day society.
We live in the Information Age so th knowledge and Literature is definitely out there for you to obtain. But just don’t read anything.
Read information that is going to give you the proper skillls and knowledge that you need to be successful in life. Also by reading you will be giving an advantage over anyone who is not reading.

4. Get A Hobby
Do you frequently find yourself on social media more than you want to be? Or watching too much tv?

5. Stop Eating Junk Food
For many young men across the world cutting out junk food is going to be very hard. But as hard as it might be, it’s definitely worth it.
Obviously junk food is unhealthy, but even worse is that there are ingredients in the food that makes it addicting. Eating too much of it over time can lead to life changing negative results.
