22 ways to let go in 2022
a list of ways to let go.
1. Pretend you’ve let go. Even if you haven’t yet.
2. Understand your worth. Just because something isn’t meant doesn’t mean it’s something wrong with you.
3. Step outside of the box. Try to get out of your comfort zone. Go do things you’ve never done before.
4. Don’t dwell. Things work out exactly as they’re meant to.
5. Appreciate your efforts. If you continue trying after things don’t work out. Thank yourself for doing all you could do.
6. Delete social media. It’s hard to let go of something you’ll always see. Out of sight out of mind.
7. Don’t seek advice from friends. Believe it or not, it doesn’t work. We seek advice although , we’ll still be hurting when we’re done the conversation. May work for some but not others.
8. Ask yourself, is it really worth having? If you have to consider letting it go. IT ISN'T WORTH IT.
9. Don’t change who you are. Simply become a better version of yourself. The stronger, happier you !
10.Trust yourself. You know what’s best for you. Follow your heart.
11. Sit in the sun. Go outside and enjoy the earth! Feel your feet in the grass and spin in the refreshing winds.
12. Be okay with being alone. The only way to fix pain is by understanding that it hurts first then it heals.
13. Take a hot bubble bath. There’s nothing more soothing than a bath, with candles and music.
14. Create a blog. Make a blog about your life, you’d be surprised at how much you do in a day and how many things you can create for yourself.
15. Get physically active. It’s a known fact that working out releases endorphins.
16. Appreciate your family. Family gives us great positive energy, they teach us the meaning of happiness. They build us up when we are down. Hanging with family can make you forget your worries. Create new memories.
17. Listen to new music. music is the best. It has all of our moods, listening to music and tuning the world out.
18. Travel more. There’s a lot of great people in the world. We can find them via social media or out on the town. Make connections. It makes a huge difference when you have a great person by your side.
19. Try new foods. Go out and try new foods. Create a list of places you’ve never been to. Try foods on your food spot bucket list!
20. Create a letter to yourself. In doing so, you can make promises to let things go from the past. In this letter, you can say whatever you want to the old you.
21. Change your number. New year, new number. Changing your number also helps let go of the past. Past people, past friendships. Be selective.
22. Take all the time you need. This is your life. You deserve time to yourself. Give yourself time to heal and to let go. You’ve been through a lot.
2022 will be the best year for us all. It will teach us new things. It will give us new ideas and opportunities. We should take this all in and let go of the past that didn’t work out and those jobs that didn’t work out. There will be new faces and places we’ll see. It will be new memories to create. Blank pages always equal a fresh start. Live for now and live for what we can control. It’s hard to let go of the past but when you know what the future holds and you practice things from this list it'll be easier.
