I recently wrote about timeline shifting and it touched on the fact that there are various different methods out there to help you shift timelines — like the two cup method, the 3-6-9 method, and going through a guided meditation for several hours.

These methods claim to allow you to shift timelines very quickly.

And while some of these methods can work temporarily (if you believe they will), timeline shifting is all about your mindset and perspective.

Shifting timelines is actually not hard to do. You really don’t need any complicated or gimmicky technique.

And there are some very easy and simple ways that you can shift timelines instantly.

The following are 10 ways (broken down into 3 categories) that you can quickly and easily shift timelines by changing the way you feel about yourself and your world:

Self-Love

Much of what we experience in life has much to do with how we feel about ourselves.

We send out a signal to the universe based on how we feel about who we are. When we don’t feel good about ourselves, our world and the people in it reflect that back to us.

Here are some things we can do to change how we feel about ourselves:

Affirmations–Start with self-love and self-worth affirmations. Affirmations help to raise your vibration and change the way you feel within.

Forgive Yourself For Past Mistakes–Guilt and shame can make you feel really bad about yourself and therefore give you a warped self-perception and keep you in a negative time loop. Taking the time to heal and forgive yourself can and will change how you see yourself and therefore how others view and interact with you.

Treat Yourself Better–Take the time to nurture yourself and treat yourself. well. Going the extra mile to pamper yourself sends a message to the universe and your subconscious that you are worthy of better, and you will see “better” reflected back in your life as a result.

A Perspective Shift

Oftentimes in life, we get stuck in a routine. The routine is all we know. Day in and day out going through the same boring routine can cause us to get stuck.

We don’t experience anything fresh and new in our timeline because we don’t do anything different. Doing something new gives us a much needed perspective shift.

Here are a few suggestions:

Hang Out With a Different Set of Friends–Hanging out with a different set of people is a great way to liven your mood and to make you feel alive and renewed which leads to exciting new experiences.

Go to Some New and Different Places– A change of pace and location is just the right way to shift your perspective and therefore your timeline.

Experience Some New and Different Activities–Try a new dish. Try some new activities (i.e. hiking, salsa, dancing, rock climbing). This will help you to tap into a new and daring version of yourself just waiting to come out!

Freshen Up

Freshening up ourselves and our surroundings is just the thing that we need to tap into lively, re-energized versions of ourselves.

As you switch up your surroundings and enhance your look, you will begin to transform and emerge as a butterfly fresh from the cocoon ready to spread your wings.

Here‘s how you can do it:

Get a New Hairstyle–When you look good, you feel good. As you feel good, your vibration rises and so does your life experience.

Try a Different Wardrobe — As I stated before, how you look affects your mood. Your feelings and emotions are at the core of what directs your life path.

Rearrange the Furniture in Your Home–Freshening up your surroundings frees you from the boring and mundane. When you change your environment, your perspective rises and bold new energy emerges.

**Bonus–Gratitude is a great and easy way to shift your mood and perspective. When you feel more grateful for what you have in life, you feel much better about your world.

This boosts your mood and vibration — instantly shifting you to a greater timeline!.

Shifting timelines is all about how you feel about and perceive yourself and your world. When you feel positive and expect positive, this is what you will receive back and what will be reflected in your world.
