I was not aware of Mercedes Ron's The Culpables trilogy before seeing My Fault, and the movies were not inspiring enough to interest me in the books. It is not surprising that the trilogy was first published on Wattpad before being picked up by Penguin Random House. There has always been an audience for forbidden, often embarrassing love stories, and the success of My Fault was somewhat expected. Browse latest hit movie on Flix hd movie

Personally, I thought that the involvement of minors and adults could have been avoided, given the popularity of the trilogy with younger audiences. While traversing the fine line between what is morally right and wrong is exactly what Forbidden Love is about, that may not be the path to take when dealing with such a sensitive and controversial subject, and treating it as an act of defending it and the ultimate act of rebellion, or even glorifying it. Even ignoring the thematic nuances, Your Fault was not a memorable movie. That's why I didn't have high expectations for Your Fault, and the movie was pretty disappointing.

As a Twilight-era person who grew up watching a century-old vampire-teenager romance (I cringe every time I remember the details), nothing really surprised me. The most obvious problem with Your Fault is that the movie gets too sexualized too quickly and doesn't sustain any tension. The movie never delves too deeply into the characters, and once the shock value wears off, you're left with a very boring, awkward romantic drama.

I was wondering the whole time why I was supposed to root for Nick and Noah. The two actors try to make us believe that their characters are inseparable, but there is clearly no chemistry between them. With such a predictable storyline, it should be worth rooting for the characters and their love story. The series is not like Fifty Shades or 365 Days, which compensate for the storyline's shortcomings with sensual scenes. It is a pure romantic drama, but unfortunately it is neither engaging nor entertaining.

The plot of My Fault was pretty fragmented. There are a ton of problems to solve, and the movie ends abruptly. It could have been interesting if the movie had focused on building chemistry between the characters and only explored a few threats to maintain tension. Don't get me wrong, I'm not expecting anything deep from a teen romance, but I was looking forward to being entertained, but unfortunately the movie was boring.

The end of My Fault hinted that the next part would be a story about parents and accepting the fact that their kids are dating. Surprisingly, this turns out to be a very small part of "Your Fault." Rafaela and William were not happy that Noah and Nick were in love with each other. That in itself could have triggered events and led to a major crisis, but in the sequel it is treated very lightly. Instead, "Your Fault" brings up new problems.

In the sequel, Noah and Nick struggle with jealousy. When Noah graduates from high school, Nick worries that he will meet more people in college and forget about Noah. He decided not to continue his internship in London for Noah. He was convinced that distance would destroy their relationship and was willing to make professional compromises to keep it intact.

Noah grew up in an abusive home and her mother had raised her to never depend on a man for her happiness. She realized that she was becoming dependent on Nick and was afraid that he would hurt her. Neither of them spoke about the reasons for their insecurities, which led to misunderstandings and mistrust.

Noah was tired of hiding their relationship from the world, especially after she saw Nick with her co-worker Sophia. At 18, she had the right to love whoever she wanted, but at the same time, she knew that going public with her relationship with Nick would tarnish her mother's public image and tarnish the reputation of the Reister family.

The fact that her mother didn't understand what she was going through made it even harder for Noah to navigate the complexities of her life. There was no one in her life other than Jenna to turn to for relationship advice, which often led to her making questionable decisions. However, insecurity, jealousy, and unsupportive parents aren't the only issues addressed in Your Fault Flixhd. New characters are introduced, including Briar, a betrayed ex-girlfriend who is out for revenge, and Michael, a college senior who is attracted to Noah. These characters plot against them and make life difficult for Noah and Nick.
