He talked to more than 100 people and found that it is essential to eliminate these broker charges while renting a house.
"As Mr Prashant is a development expert having more than 15 years of experience, he decided to launch an online portal with the name 'Society on Rent' to facilitate both property owners and tenants with the motive to avoid the brokerage charges for both the parties."
