Updates For My Blog

Hey, everyone! So, I know that this isn't a massive blog by any means, but I have been pretty consistent with my posting. The last time I posted was nine days ago, and I wanted to tell you why. I also wanted to give you some updates about the page!

• I made a website for my posts!

If you follow me on Instagram, this isn't news. Still, I wanted to wait until all my posts moved to the new site. This is the first time I've ever had a website, so I'll need you to be patient with me. For the time being, I've been using the same pictures on this page. Trust me, I have been giving proper photo credit whenever possible. There are some inconsistencies among the pictures on my website and this account. I'm doing everything I can to make it as similar as possible, so there's no confusion. There are sources out there that provide free use images like Wikipedia, so I'll be perusing those pictures in the upcoming days.

Now, onto the fun part! There are tons of new features y'all can utilize on the website. For one, you can comment without paying any money. Contacting me is easier than ever if you need me to explain something or answer a question. The entire website fits the aesthetic of my content as well. Overall, it's a customized experience that is the perfect new home for my writing. You can sign up for notifications, so you never miss a post from me. I would really appreciate it if you guys could pay the site a visit. It's the best way to support me.

My Mac reached a point where it won't update anymore. In comes my new Chromebook! Here is the link: It goes without saying, but I'm not sponsered by this laptop in any way shape, or form.

I'll be honest, I like it a lot more than I thought I would. There are growing pains to working on a new device. That is certainly the case here, especially since I built the site with a new computer. I'm still adjusting to it, but I have been trying to give myself a few days to adjust. I plan on making a review for this laptop, so keep your eyes peeled if that's something that interests you.

• Writer's block.

This is normal for any creative, but I got burnout. Most of you know that I work retail, and the holidays have been BRUTAL. The last few weeks have been busy at work. Not a new excuse by any means, but I couldn't find time to stockpile some posts to release day by day. Fortunately, I have a handful of posts I have started writing, so hopefully, I can get those out soon. I've been trying to increase my hours at work, which naturally leaves less time for hobbies. It's mostly due to me working late at night. I get home wide awake but have to sleep, and I sleep in too late. Sooner or later, I'll fix that habit, but that has kept me from posting.

So, there you have it. My time has been shifted a bit with work. Over the past few days, I've been adjusting to a new setup and creating a new platform for my blog posts. Luckily, I've started a few posts that I can refine later. In the meantime, I hope this update explains things a touch better. If anything, it might remind you that my content still exists (/j.)
