Single-family homes are standalone units designed for a single family. Apartments are multiple units in a single building designed for multi-family living. Townhouses are attached structures designed for single-family living but share at least one common wall with other units. Condominiums are similar to apartments, but the unit owners own their individual units, while common areas are shared jointly.
2. Commercial Properties: Commercial properties are buildings or land that are designed for business purposes. It can be office buildings, warehouses, retail stores, restaurants, and hotels. Office buildings provide office spaces for businesses, while warehouses are used for storage of goods. Retail stores are shops where goods are purchased, while restaurants and hotels offer food, lodging, and accommodation services to the public.

7. Special Purpose Properties: Special purpose properties are properties designed for a specific purpose, such as a school, religious facility, or hospital. They are built to meet specific needs and requirements of their intended use.
8. Forest Reserves: These are vegetative and natural habitat, that are kept either by government or individual to cultivate wild life conservation or conservation of natural life. This kind of property is also a subjected to real estate investment.
9. Mining Site: mining site or potential mining site is also a good example of Real Estate Property, as it can be subjected to sales rentage. Mining site are majorly state owned. Mine sites include crude oil well, gold mine, coal mine, stone mine and other mineral resources.
10. State owned or Government Property: these are buildings, structure, lands, factories and company being owned and use by government. In some cases the properties can be subjected to sale, rents, leasing or any form of investment or the other, in which the mechanism of the government may find of know immediate use and decided to sell to public for effective usage by private sector.
11. Uncompleted building:
Uncompleted building is another type of Property that is also available in the real estate market, it can be a subject of Joint Venture( JV) between the owner and a developing firm, and which it may be sold out rightly, complete before sales, complete before leasing etc
