The Time I Got the Wrong Slippers From the Masjid

A Story From My Life

By Me Into ImageryPublished about a year ago 3 min read

So I am Muslim right we say five prayers (necessary but can skip if a reason). You can also say the prayers in the Masjid which most people do. So the thing is you don't talk your slippers in the praying part of the Masjid. Like there's the outside then the praying area with all the Jaye Namaz (Prayer mats).

So everyone's slippers are there in the slippers area (There're racks too probably for the slippers). The slippers sometimes are taken away too I think unintentionally probably but people say stolen too sometimes maybe out of anger or something.

Anyways I took the wrong slippers this way one time too. The thing is I went two or three times a day when I could because of school because the prayers are different times of the day. Now I HAVE to go to go to academy too so its like once a day so its sad.

Mine and those slippers looked the same in design. The shades were a bit different. Mine was a bit more like a light tan shad of sorts and the other like a lighter shade of red both were close enough so I accidently took the wrong one or the other person took mine one and I took the one that was there.

Also the other not mine one was a little bit bigger than mine one too. I went to the Masjid often right so I recognized the slipper being the other one cause the other person with that slipper came too so I saw it a lot.

Thankfully it was just the third prayer of the day (Asr) like after mid noon. It was summer too by the way if you're wondering. And by thankful I meant the third prayer was just at the start of afternoon so I could return the slipper quickly so thankfully the other person came too with my slipper and we exchanged our slippers again by that I mean we didn't talk or anything we just chose the right slippers this time or me or him or both. I say "Him" because of wrong beliefs and the expensive deal of making separate prayer areas and restrooms for females.

Basically Islam which is the name of the religion of the Muslims doesn't allow males and females who are not closely related to touch each other and stuff so only the non closely related of the same gender can also do all these things. The closely related are Mahram and marriage is not allowed with them.

But still thankfully many Masjid have separate sections for females still. It is encouraged in Islam as praying at home being better for them but it isn't said that they couldn't go to the Masjid to say their prayers or just go anyways. If it is a more comfortable environment for you or you are more encourage in a Masjid to say your like me or no reason you can just go to the Masjid to say your prayer its totally fine! I know that people overexaggerate all of this and overreact but you can still do it but that doesn't mean you hurt everyone by ignoring them maybe try to balance it if you can or have to.

Also I still have the same mine one slipper still as like its now november and it was august back then in the summer I think? But I suppose I have a memory with that slipper so YaaaaaaaYYYYYY!

Anyways I was Mit-lark Be Happy and Hope You Have and Had a Great Time and Allah Hafiz!
