PART ONE: My decisive moments

- Why am I writing this?

I want to share with you the origin of my passion for exploring the truth of existence.

Since I was a child, I lived through confusing situations that, although I am not sure if they are directly related to what I want to convey, did mark my impulse to question and search for answers. Today, looking back, I recognize that, despite the disconcerting moments, I am proud to have gone through them. With more maturity and understanding, I can now give voice to all that I have researched and discovered.

Shortly after becoming aware of myself and my presence in the world, I began to be invaded by deep questions that, as a child, I could not understand or manage. This generated intense fear and confusion that I did not know how to express.

I felt misunderstood, especially by myself. I did not understand what was happening to me, I was only aware of a deep feeling of insecurity about life and the very meaning of existence. Although I was always surrounded by my loved ones, there were many moments of disorientation when I felt “alone in the face of danger”. Perhaps that feeling was born from the fact that my identity was awakening to a truth that I could not yet assimilate: I did not know who I was or what I was doing in this world. Every attempt to fit into the “normal” generated apathy or rejection. But instead of ignoring it, that part of me seemed to be screaming at me to address it.

Years later, when I was able to fearlessly face those past experiences, I realized that it probably had nothing to do with anything inadequate or wrong with me, but could be a wake-up call that I had a chance to glimpse.

With my passion to investigate about the origin of the world and existence, after struggling through the path considered “conventional” in society, my inner impulse revealed itself and decided to commit to the spiritual path that had always called my attention.

Through the study of authors such as Eckhart Tolle and Sergi Torres, and thanks to my perseverance in the search for answers, I have been able to reconcile ideas that were previously confusing and overcome the difficulties that life has presented to me.

Little by little, I am learning to take power over my own life experience. I am now more aware of all that I carry within me: sometimes it is difficult to accept, but at least I see it. And other times, I realize how much I am capable of transforming and healing, with desire and dedication. This drives me forward.

If these ideas resonate with you, or if you have ever felt something similar, my advice is: never give up, no matter how many barriers we believe prevent us from doing so.

PART TWO: First Existential Questions

In this second section, I invite you to explore with me some of the most fundamental existential questions, those that can serve as a first approach to the unknown. The idea is to prepare us to, later on, delve even deeper into these questions.

- The enigma of existence: Who are we really?

Have you ever wondered who you really are? What is the universe in which we find ourselves and all that it contains?

If we take a closer look, we realize that we know very little. We do not fully understand how our body, our mind or the entire universe works. We don't know what thought is or why we think. We do not know why we are here. Faced with the emptiness left by these questions, we can only cling to what we do perceive: we are aware of ourselves and the world around us, we have senses that “confirm reality” to us.

For some reason, we do not know who we are, but at the same time we are aware of this ignorance. Why? Why do we ask ourselves these questions if we cannot find definitive answers?

- An invitation to introspection

The existential void generated by these questions can be disconcerting. For many people, it is an abyss in which it is easy to get lost and feel vulnerable. But we can also see it from another perspective: as a doorway to spiritual growth.

It is important to understand that spirituality does not necessarily imply religiosity. It is about a deep connection with oneself, with others and with the universe. It is the art of listening to the inner voice and being guided by intuition on the journey to self-knowledge.

- The paradox of security in the face of truth

When the desire to investigate the truth is intense, we inevitably go through moments of insecurity. Leaving the known implies challenging the certainties that have sustained us, and that can generate vertigo. However, it is precisely this daring that allows us to access a broader and more genuine level of consciousness.

The question is: are you willing to take that leap or do you prefer to keep that intuition latent, hidden in the dark, as if it did not deserve to be lived despite its persistence?

The great questions about existence can seem like an unsettling abyss when we do not know how to inhabit them. The mind, in its eagerness to find stability, tends to escape the emptiness of the unknown, clinging to inherited beliefs, established structures and prefabricated truths. In this search for security, we run the risk of living on autopilot, repeating patterns that we rarely question.

Perhaps it is precisely this uncertainty (not knowing who we are or why we are here) that pushes us to build an identity based on the external, on what we have been told we should be. We cling to labels, roles and expectations that give us a sense of control, a kind of refuge in the midst of chaos. But is this security real or simply an invisible prison?

Comfort, far from being synonymous with truth, often acts as an anesthetic. And when we stray too far from our essence, life seems to find ways to shake us up, to remind us that the path we have chosen is not always the true path. Sometimes, suffering is nothing more than the echo of an ignored truth, a silent call that invites us to let go of what is imposed and face, without masks, what we really are.

- Towards a purposeful life

The search for the meaning of life is a continuous journey, nourished by every experience and every reflection. Not everyone is willing to delve into it, but those who do can find in every question and every doubt one more piece of the great puzzle of their identity.

By integrating spirituality into our daily lives, we not only try to answer the big questions, but we learn to live with greater authenticity and awareness. Personal development and self-knowledge become indispensable allies in transforming insecurity into an opportunity for growth and turning the search into a way of life.

Perhaps, true knowledge lies in what we cannot perceive with the naked eye, in the courage to face the unknown and in the ability to transform ignorance into a force that drives us to explore not only our beliefs, but also our thoughts and feelings, which, by the simple fact of existing, deserve to be attended to.

I invite you to immerse yourself in this journey of self-discovery, to let yourself be guided by what resonates and shakes your inner self, and to find in uncertainty the inspiration to question what we are really experiencing, both inside and outside of ourselves.
