The mind of wealthy people

My thoughts on why wealthy people think and do the things they do.

I watched the following videos and wanted to give my thoughts on them. I picked these videos because I think they showed the minds of wealthy people and what they think and believe. I’m not a psychologist or psychiatrist, this is just what I got out of the videos.

I believe Elon backed Trump because he's went with who he believed would win the election, he also knew he could play Trump easier than Kamala. He also knew he’d make more money than if Kamala won. He saw all the pissed off people that believe Trump. Elon was playing chess, trying to think 4 or 5 moves ahead. Trump lost he’d just pivoted another way.

I don't know if Elon was ever pro-environment, he is pro-electric cars but not that he thought they’d they’re cleaner and could help the environment, but because he figured electric cars would sell and he’d be the only game in town for a while and he was right. He wouldn't have made as much money if Tesla’s were powered by gas, he would have just been a small fish in a big ocean, so he went the direction he did and said what he thought he had to, which is him seeming to be pro-environment.

Elon and trump I think both have the idea of "fake it till you make it." Elon makes all of these promises that end up being nothing, as does Trump. They both have their agendas, and it's not to make America better, it's go get as much money out of people as they can, and it doesn't matter if they're dirt poor.

When a person gets to a certain point in wealth, I think money becomes addiction, like anything can be. The thing is they have AA, NA and others. There isn't a GA (greed anonymous.)I don’t see wealthy friends or family having interventions to help. Can you see a friend of Elon’s walking up to him and saying, “I think you need help, what you’re doing isn’t good for you or the country,”--of course not because they all think the same way, they’re like a hive mind.

Kevin O'Leary has said many things in interviews on how he thinks a person who owns a business should think. Here’s something he said in a recent video I watched. "It your job to make the business successful. It's to steal the market share from your competitors, it's the salt they use to walk on, its to put them out of business and you achieve success then and only then after you've gotten all of those profits from being a successful business model, you give it back and you pay it forward, that’s how it works, that is the model and it's never going to change." What I’m getting out of that comment is step on your competitor and anyone who gets in your way and that’s a sad way to think. The last part I don't believe he means, he give back because he can take it off on taxes. If it wasn't a tax write-off, he would say fuck em' all.

Here is that video.

Then there was another interview where the interviewer said 85 people is equal to the 3.5 billion poorest people and he said "It's fantastic, and this is a great thing because it inspires everybody. It's a motivation to look up to the 1% and say 'I want to become one of those people.' " The next question the interviewer had was "So a person in Africa making $1 a day is waking up and saying 'I'm going to be Bill Gates.'" In which he responed. "thats the motovation everybody needs. Don't tell me you want to redistribute the wealth again, that's never gonna happen." The look on the woman face that was interviewing him was priceless and the same look most people would have.

I really wonder how much he pays his maid, driver, and the janitorial crew who clean his building. Does he make sure they don’t have to work several jobs? Does he ask if they can pay their bills? Probably not, because in the end he doesn’t care. He pays them what he feels they should be paid and after listening to what he said it’s probably just minimum wage.

People should get paid a salary that equals how much they work and how hard they work. It shouldn’t matter what type of job they have. It should be a human right for people to live comfortably and not have to work their fingers to the bone everyday, they deserve to retire and not work until they die. They deserve to have some comforts and go on trips every so often and most of all they deserve to be able to spend quality time with their families. I don’t believe when a kid gets their first job look at their tiny pay check and say “I want to be like Bill Gates.” I think it makes them upset, I know it did me. I see people who just don’t care about their job, they do the minimum they have to and I think if they got paid a good wage it would make them work harder. A kid that looks up to people with wealth may say “I want that” but not because they get paid so little, but because they see successful people doing the thing they want to do and they go for it. They also probably have parents who back them and are proud of their accomplishments and root them on and help them out.

This is why things are so bad and going to get worse, because a lot of the wealthy spew that bullshit, people go to see him speak and believe this. It's good to have drive but I don't look at a wealthy person and say I want to be them because they look miserable, and they seem to always be insecure when people talk bad about them and in their heads they're scared, they could lose everything if they treat their employees properly. So they say stuff like O'Leary said to justify their greed and to not feel bad that they're making people poor. They want to make people poor because it makes them more money. Wealthy people tell the lie because gullible people listen and throw money at them buying their shit.

The self-proclaimed “Mr. Wonderful” doesn't act crazy, he speaks intelligently and sounds sincere but his sincerity is fake so it makes him sound more believable but what he says is not to be believed. The people who watch and listen to his every word probably doing what he says will make them wealthy…but most don’t. “Mr. Wonderful” doesn't look at his maid, driver, or custodians at his buildings as working hard or doing jobs he thinks deserve a decent pay, instead he probably looks down on them and pitties them for doing menial labor and they should be happy what they get paid. This is what’s wrong with the world, this is what makes easily manipulated people follow and believe their every word, this is what makes people vote for Trump.

This needs to be stopped before it goes too far. If trump becomes a true oligarch, the only way to stop him would probably be another civil war. Some of us write about it, and post on social media, some protest and that’s good but the people who need to hear the truth are either deaf to it or they don’t watch or read what we have to say. We need politicians, people with clout to try and get on fox news and right-wing podcasts. Even then maybe they’ll just call them crazy and liars but it may some peoples minds might be changed. We need to get out there and vote in the mid-terms, try to get the people who don’t vote to vote, get people who did voted for Trump and now are starting to regret it, to get out there and join the fight against him. Talk with these people calmly and with logic, have a conversation and hopefully minds can be changed. We need to do whatever is legally possible to stop Trump and his band of thieves now. Democrats and anti-trump republicans aren’t going far enough and some just watch the news and complain and maybe have an argument with a Trump supporter who doesn’t believe the truth. If we could let them see that it’s Trump who’s making their lives worse and not listen to the lie that it’s Biden. A lot of people don’t know the president doesn’t really have as much power as they think…until now.

The next few months are important, the right are moving fast to get project 2025 in place. The Democratic news channels aren’t doing their best. They have to stop saying “I can’t believer they’re doing this.” Or “Why are they doing this.” They need to push out there the worse that can happen because it can get very bad and it’s coming like a wrecking ball.

So please if you’re reading this, scream from the rooftops, write people in the government, get people scared about what trump is trying to do, because it’s obvious that they’re not scared enough. Trumps reality distortion field is working for him, we need to find a way to counteract it.
