Shibuya Is Different.

The primary experience you have when you first step foot into The Shibuya area is how different everything is. You’ll notice the crowds of people from every corner crossing the famous intersection while taxis and other cars zoom by the roads and crosswalk. The ambiance and music you’ll hear from the speakers of commercial Buildings will overwhelm you immensely. Nothing compares, not even the dirty streets of Time Square could be compared to the ultra clean streets in Shibuya. The Nihongo language being spoken everywhere might be ittemidating to you at first, but you learn to embrace it. Vibrant lights and colors surround you at night.

Tokyo looks old yet also new

One thing about Tokyo and what makes it unique is the fact that you haven’t ever been to such an incredible city that’s a mix of old yet new. One on hand, there’s old temples and shrines stationed thoughout the wards of Tokyo. On the other other hand, there’s commercial buildings in districts like Shibuya or Shinjuku that light up a modern marvel during night time and awes the western in delight. A balance and harmony betweeen ancient and futuristic cities are conjoined into one entity.

Tokyo is Clean

Everywhere you look, the city is squeaky clean with no garbage bins around. It’s amazing a country and city like this one maintains its cleaniness. Conpare to other cities globally, you will feel clean and not gooey or disgusting when walking around. Of course,there are still not so unkept areas within the wards, but you have to give credit where credit is due as the citizens help sweep and clean up the streets to assure litter isn’t a problem at all. Citizens learn in primary school to clean their classrooms so it carries on throughout adulthood too.

So many Arcades

If you’re a huge gamer then Tokyo will be a place you’d want to consider crossing off of your bucket list. This place in most foot traffic areas has an arcade for you to conque. Most arcades feature Street Fighter, Campcom Vs Marvel, Candy Crush like casual games and even drum beaters, beat em ups, and platformers. Because gaming is a Huge pass time in Japan. You won’t be afraid to geek out here.

Vending machine

Vending machines are everywhere in JApan, Especially in Tokyo. And they sell anything to Canned Coffee, Snacks, pencils, Bento Lunch boxes to porn and even Manga, and yes, Panties. They’re unavoidable yet super convient when you’re on the go and are in a rush to go places.

The Food is Awesome

You thought you knew cuisine back at home, until you visit Japan. Tokyo is a big metropolitan and features Michelin star restaurants and even Michelin star Ramen at their 7-Eleven convenient stores! You will not be disappointed when you explore the different dishes of noodles, Raman, and other specialites in around the city to choose and eat. Japan in general has some of the best type of food you could sink your teeth into outside of your home country.
