Jignesh Barasara is a well-known business entrepreneur, entrepreneur coach, CEO of Alpha MD and Heed India. He is very well into explaining what key pathways you need to follow to be a successful entrepreneur. Few of them are listed as follows, they may not be the only pathways but yes they are the building stones on which you can develop further your entrepreneur skills. He has a great take on how and why you should be an entrepreneur and what will it take from you and how you will be benefitted.

 Understand:- Understand what a job is and how is it different from a business, because a job is an alternative of a business. Most people are sold on the tradition system of schooling and then getting good jobs. Now the basic difference between a job and business is that when you are doing a job for eg if the job pays you 1000 USD then ofcourse the job is worth than 1000 usd otherwise the business owner wont obtain any profit. In other words, by having a job, you would always have to settle with less than your worth.

 Ask:- Ask better questions, by asking right questions you can access that part of the brain where you can find better resources. Question yourself and try your best to identify and recognise why do you want to be an entrepreneur. Don’t be one because you hate your current job or because you have to prove it to someone. Unless you can ask better and look for truth for answers, don’t go on that pathway.

 Do it only because it will provide you a pathway to express your passion. Do it only if you feel that you can live life on your own terms. Ask yourself if it was impossible to fail, what would you do, what would be the one thing i would love to do all my life. Ask yourself questions that can lead you down a pathway of passion vs certainty. Business plans are great but there is uncertainty at every step. Uncertainty comes married to business.

 Upgrade:- Upgrade your paygroup. This implies choose whom you hangout be and the environment you live in. If you share your ambitions with someone who has lower ambitions, you will be shot down right in the first attempt. It threatens them as your high ambitions make take the comfort of excuse from them. Hang out with people who can inspire you, even if they are not in your immediate circle right now. Listen to people who inspire you via their podcasts, read their books, watch their videos on podcast. Indulge yourself in mentally strong people those with the energy of saying yes you can.

 Develop:- Develop the right habits. Habits are nothing more than the continuous repetitions of behavior. Don’t make it more than that. There are certain habits that successful entrepreneurs follow. A couple of habits that can really help yourself to develop as an entrepreneur are taking care of your body,

 (you cant strike the level of self esteem, passion if you are overweight and obese). To be an example for yourself an the world, you cant do it if your energy levels are through the floor. You cant just survive on things that can keep you active only for a certain time limit such as energy drinks, coffee etc.

Entrepreneurs contributes in various other ways such as investing in community projects and supporting local charities. The relationship between entrepreneurship and economic development is important for the overall development of the economy and hence the nation.
