Louisiana's Real Estate Salesperson Exam is one of the most difficult state exams in the country to pass.The exam is given in Baton Rouge, Lafayette, Lake Charles, New Orleans, Metairie, and Shreveport, every day. You have three hours to complete the exam, which is divided into two parts: the national portion and the Louisiana portion.

On the National section, you must score at least 70% and on the Louisiana section, you must score at least 75%. How hard is it to pass the real estate exam?
