Managing a project from start to finish, or a number of activities in that regard, can be a daunting task. Such problems are usually caused by the fact that a person does not have project management qualifications. In other cases, we have seen many certified people lack experience, despite having the right qualifications.

More times than not, however, entrepreneurs -- especially those just starting out -- don’t prioritize their projects enough. Instead, they try to do everything at once. This is a bad idea. It increases stress, decreases the likelihood that you’ll finish what you need to and makes it that much harder to progress effectively toward a business goal.

The truth is that everyone needs to know the concept of project management, even if you are not a professional project manager. It's easy to help you reach your project goals, as everyone is working to make their "task" a great success.

1. Design and project start

The first step in the project management process is to define the concept of the project and the start of an idea-driven project. 4. Monitor and control project performance
