Choose a niche

Before starting your blog, you have to choose a niche. What's a niche? You might ask yourself. Well, you need to choose a target audience, travelling, gaming, tutorials, reviews, pets, fitness and so on, you have to choose a theme, a niche.

How do you choose a niche? Think about what you like to do! If you like animals, start a blog about animals! If you like travelling, write about it. Anything you like doing, start writing about it. The important thing you need is passion, when you start a blog don't think about the money, think about what you like, why you write about it.

Make the blog, and get paid!

There are two types of blogs : paid and free blogs. It is up to you which one you choose, but keep in mind, monetizing free blogs is much harder.

Free blog :

Paid blog :

Now we're talking. A paid blog can get expensive, but most of them aren't. When using a paid blog you get way more options and functions. You edit your blog freely, nobody checks what you post, you are your own boss. The monetizing methods are the same as the ones used at the free blog, but there is one more that makes the difference, ads. Even if you have 10 viewers, 100 or thousands, it costs nothing to have some ads on the side of your site. When someone just clicks on the ad, you get a few cents. That might not sound like a lot, but keep in mind you do nothing, just write as always. People sometimes will click your ad and you will get money, also, the risk is minimal.
