Readers often look for guidance and want to be told what to do, rather than given multiple options. Don't include a list of twenty different exercises in an article about beginning a fitness regimen. Instead, offer a quick, easy-to-follow exercise regimen that readers can begin right away. This method increases credibility and renders your counsel more practical.
