Najee knew shortly after witnessing her success that he wanted to work hard and dedicate himself to the daycare as well and Soon enough, a partner was made. He had committed so much time and attention to the company that the two of them had developed it to a new stage.

Najee Hannigan saw the vitality of owning land and knew that was the only way to create generational wealth. When Najee Hannigan began his journey into investing he realized that he needed solid credit which was something he didn’t have at that moment.

After Najee began educating himself on how to build and repair his credit, he noted his journey on his social media channels and many people wanted his advice and knowledge on how to also fix theirs.

To Najee Hannigan, this move was never really about money, but rather about solving some of the roadblocks he had come across while doing business as he had done before, pro-bono. When colleagues, family, and daycare associates dried up, the people he worked with didn't even know Najee on a personal level like the others had before. Thus, when he demanded some personal details from them in order to determine their credit, the other party was clearly trepidated. Najee understood that making his company official in all ways would relieve that fear.

Seeing its personal and financial development through social media, as well as its existing sector, a multitude of people saw ESA as a required resource. Currently, Najee teaches more than 300 clients how to put themselves in a position of financial stability.
